Our lovingly furnished vacation home combines historic charm with modern comforts and is available for your exclusive use. Nestled in an idyllic garden and quietly situated on the outskirts of town, it is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers.
The house is located in the charming heath and pond landscape of Upper Lusatia—just 200 meters from the Spree Cycle Path and about 8 km from the historic city of Bautzen. Thanks to excellent transportation connections (just 8 km from the highway), you can enjoy both the tranquility of nature and quick access to regional attractions and recreational activities.
A special bonus for families: Right in front of the house, a public playground invites children to run around and play.

3-bedroom vacation home:

The newly renovated vacation home spans two floors and offers 100 m² of living space, providing plenty of room for up to 6 people.
In the cozy living room, you can relax and wind down at the end of the day in a pleasant atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: In addition to a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, stove, and oven, you’ll also find a kettle, toaster, and a drip coffee maker.
The house has three bedrooms located on the upper floor: one room with a double bed and two rooms, each with two single beds—ideal for families or groups. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers ensure comfort and convenience.
During the summer months, the garden is perfect for relaxing barbecue evenings. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Starting in June, you can also use free Wi-Fi.
Please note that pets are not allowed.



On-site fees: A 25% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on site in cash. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A crib and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. 



Check-in is from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
