Disponible para alquilar es este moderno y moderno apartamento de 2 habitaciones con dos lofts para dormir. Las habitaciones son privadas, los lofts están abiertos, viene con una cama queen. Hasta ocho invitados pueden dormir aquí en parejas.

El apartamento es la unidad superior de nuestro triplex, por lo que no tiene ruido de pisadas. Tiene su propia entrada privada con cerradura sin llave.
Estamos convenientemente ubicados en el corazón de Ballard, cerca de la esquina de 24th Ave NW y NW 64th St. con fácil acceso al transporte público, los autobuses n. ° 40 y n. ° 18 se detienen en la esquina de nuestra cuadra. Tenemos muchas tiendas de comestibles a poca distancia. El barrio es famoso por su agradable restaurante, pubs, bares, cafeterías, panaderías y actividades al aire libre.
El alquiler viene con las comodidades estándar que normalmente encontrarías en un hotel como: ropa de cama y toallas limpias, plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo, jabón, champú, cafetera, tostadora, papel higiénico.
En la cocina hay una cocina de gas con horno, nevera, lavavajillas, utensilios de cocina, ollas y sartenes para 8 personas. Tenemos una cafetera Keurig, una prensa francesa y una cafetera italiana. También hay una tetera eléctrica y una tostadora.
La mesa es expandible a ocho permitiendo que toda su familia se reúna para cenar. Las sillas plegables adicionales se guardan en el armario cerca de la entrada.
Otros servicios incluyen:
-40 "HDTV plano en la sala de estar con un canal de antena HD y acceso a Netflix.
- Entrada bien iluminada con luces sensoras para llegadas tardías.

It’s a great place to stay! We were there to visit family, but it’s a great part of Seattle if you’re there for fun as well. Plenty nearby for restaurants, convenience stores and groceries. Parking is very nice to have. Would totally recommend in every way.

Great Ballard Location

A group of fellow photographers were in the area for a business mastermind in the neighborhood and this was a perfect location for us. The apartment was clean and so perfect for our group of 4 adults. We could walk to downtown Ballard, Rays, and had so much fun exploring the area. Will definitely be back!

The host provided everything we needed! Helpful labels on everything, shower supplies provided, and the unit was exactly like the listing showed. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance of the unit, and the A/C is very good at keeping the unit cool.

Excellent Location / excellent hosts

Mario and Monica really treated us well while we stayed in their home. My son is 11, and he loved the loft area. The location is perfect - walkable to everything your heart desires. The laundry and workout room was so convenient. We had an excellent stay, and I highly recommend.

Nice place!

Very Happy!

The location was great. Close to all that Ballard and the Seattle area offers. The space was designed well with plenty of sleeping capacity and sufficient shared area. The kitchen was well equipped with all you need to cook homemade meals. I would recommend this to family and friends and will stay there again when I return to the area.

Very modern, spacious for 7 of us. Very convenient location. There is a small organic grocer across the street but QFC is just a few more blocks down 24th. Lots of little cafes as well. Close proximity to UW, downtown.

Dream Spot for Family Vacation

We loved the unique lofted beds which allowed both kids their own room. The place had everything we needed and the Monica even helped us wash and dry a load of laundry. The neighborhood felt safe and super walkable. It was a great home base for all the things we did in Seattle using our CityPass. Highly recommend this lovely spot and super kind host family. They took SUCH great care of us. Mahalo! -Becky

Convenient location in Ballard, well equipped

I found the property to be perfectly located for my needs. Having the entire top floor was nice and proved to be quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with drawers labelled to make things easy to find. I interacted with Mario a couple of times and found him helpful and friendly. There are plenty of things within walking distance including markets, places to eat, coffee shops and the great Sunday Farmers Market. I would stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay in

Located in a nice and safe neighborhood in Ballard. Very clean and easy to get to. The kids loved the loft beds. Well maintained. It was a joy to stay in. Almost made us want to stay in more often but the sunny days in Seattle helped us explore more of the city. Good driving distance to the waterfront and downtown areas. I would definitely try to stay here again when the opportunity arises. Thanks to Mario and Monica. You guys are very excellent hosts!

Clean, comfortable condo!

Mario's condo is perfect- we arrived to a super clean and well-designed space with enough room for our toddler to run around. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were stocked with really nice fans (I'm a sucker for a cool sleeping environment and white noise!). This condo has everything you need, from an iron and board to wine glasses and cooking utensils. Great location and walking distance to awesome shops and we loved the keypad entrance! Thanks so much and would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful place, great location!

We were two families, with kids, and were initially a little worried if the place will be big enough for all of us. But the layout is excellent and everything is planned and provided for 8 people. Needless to say, kids loved the loft bedrooms, for them it was the highlight of the whole trip. The place is clean and both kitchen and bathroom are well supplied. Location is great, close to downtown and tourist attractions, yet quiet and green. Mario and Monica are very nice hosts and respond promptly to any inquiry, even on weekends. Highly recommended!

Everything we needed

We stayed in this property for a week on a visit for our daughter's college graduation. It truly had everything we needed: laundry (they even provide soap), dishes, parking spot, and comfy beds. It is only a block from a bus stop and was within easy walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques and beautiful park spaces. Ballard is a special neighborhood, for sure. The lofts are definitely more suited for young ones but proved great fun for my grandchildren when they came over. Highly recommend!

Ballard get away

Very pleasant house. It would be really great for somewhat older children, they would love the loft. Every thing was neat and tidy, and instructions were clear. The on-site parking is a huge bonus. Only complaint, those stairs (puff,puff). I probably missed that detail in the description. I would highly recommend, it’s hard to find reasonable places in Ballard.

Everything was great. Regarding the bikes, I didn’t know you shared them with other unit. It just so happens that there was no one in 2nd unit so we freely got to enjoy.

Clean, atteactively renovated, convenient to all area atractions

Who stated 3 places on the trip and this property was the most convenient to all the attractions that were on our must-do list in the Seattle area. Mario is very friendly and welcoming. We can tell Pat he spent a lot of time thinking of every detail so that our stay would not only be comfortable but also suggested some good local places to check out that weren't on our radar. Although it doesn't look spacious from the outside, once you go in the door you realize that that is an illusion. All 6 of us were more than comfortable and had our own space. The kid's loved the private lofts.

I have leaved in Seattle for nearly 30 years after scaping from Cuba in a raft. I met my wife here and have two kids now. Life is good! I am sure you will love the Pacific Northwest and will not have enough time to explore the beautiful outdoors here. It is amazing that I still keep finding out about new beautiful places that I didn't know about!

Monica and I live a couple miles north of Ballard but came down regularly to eat our favorite restaurant La Carta de Oxaca and also Matador in Ballard Ave. We have also brought many friends and families over the years to visit the neighborhood for its many attractions.
In one of those trips we saw this property for sale and discovered that the home came with this rental attached but the place needed lots of work. Having tried my hand at remodeling my previous home and renting a mother in law unit that I built on it; we figure that we could afford living in this more expensive neighborhood repeating the same. Thanks to your patronage and hard work is that we are able to own and share our home with you and have enjoyed very much doing so for the last 4 years.
