Our 6-bedroom house is located at the end of a private road on a natural lot of approximately 350 square meters and is about a 3-minute walk from the beach. The property is fenced and bordered by hedges. Dogs and cats are also welcome and have plenty of space to run around on the fenced-in property. There are two dog-friendly beaches nearby for your furry friends.

The vacation home was taken over from the previous owner, Ms. Lemke, in March 2017.

Exclusivity is included with this home. With 5 bedrooms, our house offers plenty of space for up to 10 people. This 6-room detached house is equipped with 2 bathrooms, a sauna, a hot tub, and a wood-burning stove, as well as free Wi-Fi access. The light-filled living room is the heart of the home. A large LCD satellite TV with a DVD/CD player provides everything you need for a wonderful movie night on the cozy couch. A wood-burning stove with a viewing window creates a rustic, cozy atmosphere. Underfloor heating in the living area, kitchen, and first-floor bathroom ensures your feet stay warm at all times.
The modern kitchen, where you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a sink, a coffee maker, and a toaster, as well as plenty of dishes, cookware, glasses, and cutlery, is connected to the living room with dining area by half-height walls. The first floor also features a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a small sauna, a toilet, and a shower, as well as a bedroom with a queen-size bed (approx. 1.40 m x 2.00 m).
The upper floor features 4 additional bedrooms as well as a shower room with a toilet and a washer-dryer. Two bedrooms have beds measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m, one bedroom has two separate beds, each measuring 0.90 m x 2.00 m, and one bedroom has a bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m. A grill, modern poly rattan patio furniture, and lounge chairs on the southwest-facing terrace—which opens directly off the living room—round out the special amenities. Meadows, fields, the dike, the Baltic Sea, and the dog beach are just around the corner and invite you to take long walks. Two parking spaces for standard-sized cars are available at the house. Additional cars can be parked for free along the shoulder of Lenster Weg. We’re sure you’ll feel right at home in this beautiful house.
There’s also a children’s playground with a trampoline, swing, slide, and climbing wall.
