This spacious apartment is comfortable, clean, and really close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. It was perfect for my partner and I and my adult daughter and her boyfriend! We had a wonderful vacation in this attractive home.

Large property in an excellent location

The condo was a very good size, including the bedrooms and living room. The location was terrific and is very easy walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family vacation

Very welcoming little condo. It is a short walk to the board walk and beach. We liked that the building has a hose to wash sand off before entering.

The condo was very spacious, clean and comfotable. The location was perfect. They only downside was the limitation of parking only one car on the property.

This condo is located really close to the beach and near shops, restaurants, and bars. It was super easy to get around. It was very clean and exactly as pictured. No problems at all!

Location, location, location

Perfect location for access to beach and town! Bathrooms need updating, but rest of condo was in great condition. We spent most of our time out at beach or in town so it wasn’t as important to our group. Beds were comfortable enough and kitchen was well stocked with appliances amd gadgets.

Fantastic location, nice place!

Great stay located in the heart of rehobeth. Condo was well maintained. Only complaint is in the second bedroom with a king bed, the AC is unbelievably loud when it switches on. Woke me up many times. However, overall, clean, good communication, comfy place, fantastic location. Would consider staying at this rental again,

Great Location. Room for improvement

Overall a good experience. A bit frustrating that 2 out of the 4 ac units in the property did not work properly. It was HOT! Especially considering this issue was known prior to our arrival. They provided a small refund but I didn’t feel it was totally fair for the issue that existed. In addition there was confusion around a parking pass that was not indicated on the property listing but on arrival had a note on the fridge that there should have been one. And if it was missing we would be charged. It didn’t exist. A decent place but these items created some frustration.

We are sorry that you experienced some frustration. Having no A/C in the summer can be a bit of a bummer. We work hard on making sure if an A/C unit goes down that there is someone to fix it in a timely manner. Of course we are at the disposal of other companies scheduling at times so it can be a bit of a wait. Some properties do offer parking passes and they are not guaranteed due to several factors. If they are offered at a property and they are in the unit we offer you to use them. Unfortunately, sometimes a guest will take them home and that leaves the next guest without them. Having a parking pass for downtown is an added perk and we hope that all guest can use the good faith system, so that everyone can use them. Monday nights Rehoboth offers free parking downtown, so that is another option for those guest who enjoy free parking perks.

decent place; terrible experience

We have our own vrbo rental property, and speak from years of experience as renters and owners. This condo is nice and well located, but we would never rent here again. VRBO is meant for owners to save costs for themselves and the renters by cutting out management companies. This rental is done through Remax Rental Real Estate and is associated with extra booking fees! In addition, there are additional charges for linens and a requirement that the renters make up their own beds and strip them down as they leave The condo is nicely furnished, but there was no bath soap, no hand soap, no shampoo/conditioner, no dishwashing soap, no sponge, no kitchen towels, no paper towels, and not even a square of toilet paper in the entire condo!!! If you rent here, you will have a perfectly decent rental, but will need to purchase absolutely everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It is not worth the money

Sorry to hear about your experience with the booking process. I do understand that additional fees can be frustrating. However, the fees are displayed and applied to the contract before you signed the contract and made your payment. The fees applied are fees we can not avoid- city rental tax, damage insurance versus a refundable deposit, and linens are completely optional. I sympathize with your frustration but the fees were applied to the contract before you agreed and signed. Hopefully we will see you again.

Enjoyable Stay, but ac issue never resolved

The property was on the older side, but it was clean. The kitchen appeared to be the most recent room to be remodeled. It would have been nice if the bathrooms were more up to date. We cooked several meals for 6 people, but there seemed to be a shortage of pots and pans to cook these meals efficiently. Our biggest concern was the poor performance of the 4 wall mounted air conditioning units. We made the property manager aware of the issue, and they indicated the ac contractor would not be able to check these units until the day before we were scheduled to depart. Unfortunately, the contractor never showed and we did not receive any updates from the property manager. I expressed my disappointment with the property manager when we checked out and they indicated they would follow up on the issue to see if the property owner would be willing to offer a discount. It has been a few days and I have yet to hear from them.

Very conveniently located, once we parked the car it never moved, walking distance to everything!

Damp, dark, aged, noisy

This unit was disappointing. We have stayed in this building before and previously liked our accommodations. However the previous unit was in the front of the building, big difference between front and back. This unit was damp, the air conditioning units in each room sound like a fog horn when they start up, it was dark and dated. Not as pictured. The porch or balcony which we previously thoroughly enjoyed in the front unit was not inviting in this unit. The porch or balcony in this unit contains a heat pump ( not pictured in the photos, shame on you Remax) approx. 5ft. X 5 ft., with two large fans, they are fairly noisy and generate heat when they run. We tried to play cards at the table on the porch but found it impossible. We experienced a windy, thunder storm while we were there and the master bedroom window made it sound like the storm was coming through the window; wind howling and dampness. When we called the office to report the problem, the maintenance guy said, “well this is an old building”. We will not being going back! One more annoyance was the dishwasher. Do not open the dishwasher door! You will be overcome with the smell of mold and mildew!
