117B Hickman St.- Are you looking for a rental for a few nights or several weeks? You have found the perfect place. Just listed in the nick of time for Memorial Day weekend and ready for summer guests. A completely renovated second floor apartment that is complete with the perfect outdoor deck. As you walk up the staircase you will find a relaxing oasis. The deck is wonderful for summer morning coffee and game nights on the outdoor table. In addition to the outdoor seating there is a table in the kitchen. Complete with a comfortable living space and a primary bedroom and bath. There are two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The owner provides two on street parking permits. Parking is not allowed in the driveway.

Nightly rentals permitted with a 2 night minimum. Weekly discounts for 7 night stays.

Bedding- 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 Singles

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

We absolutely loved the ease of getting to the beach/boardwalk/main strip with restaurants. It was an easy walk for us with young kids (ages 5-9). In addition, the space was exactly what we needed for a beach trip where we spent very little time indoors. Everything was very clean. The only thing we had an issue with was the kitchen sink, but, honestly, that did not bother our stay much, as we only cooked a couple times! Thanks for the wonderful vacation! We will be back!

Great place! Don’t miss out!

This second floor apartment was bigger than we expected and spotless! Very easy location close to everything including the beach. 6 adults and we had plenty of room. Comfy beds and a great night sleep!

Girls getaway

The unit is very nice, bright and cheery but the seating was not adequate for us. The kitchen stools were uncomfortable and the sofa was not big enough for 5 of us.

Give this place try!

Everything was clean. Parking was easy since it was off season. There is more space than the pictures depict. Location is close to beach and the main strip. There was construction going on downstairs, but wife talked to them. They were good about keeping it down. Our kids locked a bathroom from the inside. The property manager/maintenance came within 30 minutes to unlock it. We enjoyed the stay, and would highly recommend this location.

Terrific Spot!

This cozy suite has a lot of creature comforts. They thought of many items one would like while away from home! Everything was clean & we wanted for nothing. It’s also nice to park the car after a long drive & not have to get back in until it’s departure time. Everything is close by! Great neighborhood too!

Perfect for us

My health reduces how far I can walk so being one and a half blocks from the beach was perfect. The apartment seems to have been renovated in the last 6 months. Everything was new and modern and working.. The parking pass was critical and allowed us to park the car across the street and not move it until we left..

Great place

Recently remodeled and done well. Everything worked and was clean. Good area and easy walk to a lot of places. We got two parking passes and finding parking on the street was reasonably easy. Only negative is availability of incidental’s. It was noted in the listing so I can’t fault it but we didn’t even have a sponge to wash dishes. Some minimal level of incidental’s would be an improvement.

Great property, but service should be better

We enjoyed where we stayed. Very clean, organized, not far from the beach. What we didn’t enjoy was the service. Coldwell Banker was in charge of communications and check-in. There were errors on their part that could have easily been avoided and not lead to confusion. The given Wifi password is wrong and is still listed wrong when we left. We were only able to get the correct password beacuse we ran into the owner later in the day. The property listed a washer and dryer in its description, but we couldnt find one when we arrived. I checked the listing again before I sent a message and it did list washer and dryer. I got a response that there was no washer and dryer listed on the lease agreement and then they deleted it off the app description which I found dishonest. It left a bad taste in my mouth that they were quick to correct that mistake, but not the Wifi when the previous tennents had the same issue (owner said so when she gave us the wifi password). The actual property is great, but the inconsistencies need to be addressed.
