Vacation home s' Häusel

Our newly renovated "Häusel" offers a large garden, magnificent views, peace and quiet, and nature... in the Hunsrück hiking paradise.
Located between the Moselle and the Rhine... not far from Koblenz.

Perfect for hikers, cyclists, children, and those seeking relaxation!

We can accommodate 4 people. Parking (car, bike) is available at the house. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a wood-burning stove, a sofa area, a dining area for four, and a separate restroom. A closed wooden staircase leads to the bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, and a small bedroom with two single beds. Amenities in the house: Wi-Fi, TV.
Infrared heating panels maintain the room temperature up to 20 degrees... if you’d like it warmer, you’ll need to stoke the wood-burning stove “Karl.”
In the large, fenced-in garden, you’ll find lounge chairs, a sun deck, a shaded seating area, and a grill for your use.
Vacationing with a dog?...possible upon request.

Leisure: In the area surrounding the vacation home, you’ll find numerous well-marked hiking and biking trails that wind through the picturesque countryside.
Experience pure country life: wildlife, unspoiled nature, and captivating views along the Baybach.
You can....
Enjoy a beer and a bratwurst, or
take trips to the Eifel, the Moselle, the Rhine, or Koblenz.

Here’s what you should know:
Our house is located in a remote area. It’s not possible to run a quick errand or pop into a restaurant without a car.
The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive from the vacation home. We recommend planning your shopping in advance.
Shopping options are only accessible by bike or car. (Very athletic people might be able to walk.)

It’s important to know that there are many insects and wild animals in the area.
In addition, free-roaming grazing livestock may be on the move.
Of course, unexpected rain can also occur in the Hunsrück. The fluctuating temperatures require you to plan your clothing choices in advance.
