Our Vacation Rental 1 offers everything you need for a pleasant stay in about 45 square meters. It consists of a cozy living area, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.

In the living area, you’ll find a comfortable couch that can also be used as a sleeper sofa for children up to 14 years old (dimensions 140 x 200 cm). From here, you’ll enjoy a lovely view of the garden café, which creates a relaxing atmosphere. There’s also a dining table with four chairs and a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster – so you can cater to yourself and prepare your own meals at any time.

The bedroom features a spacious double bed (180 x 200 cm), a dresser, a closet, and another flat-screen TV, so you can relax here as well.
The small bathroom, which gets natural light, is equipped with a shower and a toilet and offers everything you need for your daily hygiene routine.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
