LiFarm HVT is the fourth apartment offered by LiFarm.de.. However, this apartment is located 4 km from the actual LiFarm in Halvestorf—the hometown of the LiFarm owners. This means we’ve created the opportunity to offer another option in the immediate vicinity, even when LiFarm is fully booked. The advantages of LiFarm HVT include its proximity to Hamelin, the “Pied Piper” town, and the fact that the Halvestorf outdoor pool and local restaurants are just 300 meters away.
Halvestorf is a suburb of Hamelin; less than 10 km away lies the town of the Pied Piper with its wonderful Old Town. Culture and a drink!
Of course, guests at LiFarm HVT are also welcome to enjoy the orchard meadow Obstplus.de, which belongs to LiFarm.

LiFarm HVT - Halvestorf Vacation Rental:

The LiFarm HVT apartment is a fully furnished attic vacation rental with a great view on the outskirts of Halvestorf, just past us is the town sign, and 300 meters further on is the Halvestorf Forest Pool. 
The apartment features a living room, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single box-spring beds, and one single room, with the option of an additional sleeping space). It also features a newly renovated bathroom with a large shower and toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was completely renovated in 2025.
Free parking is available in front of the house. The apartment has its own entrance and a seating area in the garden.

On-site costs: Bookings are not binding until final confirmation is received from LiFarm.de! Hamelin bed tax: 4% of the gross booking price. A 30% deposit will be charged at the time of booking. The full rental price is due 4 weeks before the start of your stay and must be transferred to LiFarm’s bank account. If a booking is made with a start date within four weeks, the entire travel price is due at the time of booking. We at LiFarm.de are always committed to ensuring our guests’ satisfaction and will always strive to find solutions to any difficulties that may arise. Please contact us early and at any time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). Food service (bread roll delivery on Sundays from a local provider). Pets are generally not allowed. Included in the base price (towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, washing machine)



Check-in is from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m., and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
