This detached house was completely renovated in 2024 and combines modern amenities with rustic charm.
With a well-laid-out living area of approximately 45 m², you’ll find everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

The distinctive Nurdach style ensures that the house blends harmoniously with its surroundings and exudes a welcoming atmosphere.

The entrance, with its spacious terrace, is one of the highlights of the house:

The covered terrace, furnished with garden furniture, offers a place where you can relax or enjoy a delicious breakfast outdoors.

The terrace is also the perfect spot to watch the sunset or wind down the day with a glass of wine.

The Nurdachhaus-style sauna located in the garden can be used free of charge; however, we must bill you separately for the electricity used at the end of your stay. This is tracked via a digital electricity meter.

The parking lot, located directly next to the house, has enough space for 2 cars or a RV up to 6.5 meters long.
Of course, there’s also an outdoor power outlet for a RV.

The open living area is bright and welcoming, thanks to large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

At the center of the living room is a comfortable couch that invites you to relax. A spacious dining table with chairs provides room for shared meals or cozy evenings with the family.

The modern kitchen meets all the requirements you could have for ideal vacation accommodations. The kitchenette features a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and ample storage space for all cooking utensils and groceries. A dishwasher makes cleanup after cooking a breeze.

Of course, there’s no shortage of little extras either: a coffee maker ensures you can comfortably enjoy your morning coffee routine.

The bedroom is a true retreat.
It is furnished with a comfortable 180 cm double bed that guarantees restful nights.
The vacation home’s quiet location and cozy bedding ensure that you’ll sleep soundly through the night.

The room has a functional layout and offers plenty of space.
Here, too, great care was taken with the interior design: Light colors and tasteful decorations create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Another small children’s room with two bunk beds ensures rest and relaxation for the whole family.

The bathroom also offers everything you need for your stay.
It is equipped with a modern shower, perfect for refreshing yourself after a relaxing hike or bike ride. High-quality fixtures give the room an elegant touch.

In the morning, you can start your day here in a relaxed manner and prepare for the adventures ahead. The convenient storage surfaces offer plenty of space for your personal toiletries. Of course, plenty of towels are also provided.

A washing machine and a condenser dryer are also available for use.

Another highlight is the built-in air conditioning system, which also functions as a heat pump. This not only ensures comfortable temperatures on hot summer days but also makes sure you won’t be cold during the cooler months. You can adjust the indoor temperature to your liking at any time, so you’ll feel comfortable all year round.

Visit local attractions, experience the bike park in Bad Wünnenberg, the Aatal Nature Experience with its barefoot trail and giant slide, or the outdoor pool.
Explore idyllic villages or spend relaxing days at the nearby Aabach Dam.

The larger cities of Paderborn, Kassel, Bielefeld, and Dortmund are also just a short drive away.

From here, you can also reach the winter sports resorts of Willingen (35 min) and Winterberg (60 min) in no time.
Both towns offer many attractions even in the summer, such as the Skywalk—at 665 meters, Germany’s longest suspension bridge—the bike park with a total length of 15 km spread across 8 trails, and the summer toboggan run.
