The approximately 106 m² detached 3-room stone house “La Coccinella,” with two bathrooms, spans three levels. All levels are connected to one another. The first two floors also have a separate entrance. In 2025, this attractive house was completely renovated and tastefully refurnished. It is situated in a quiet and sunny location about 150 m from the Cannobina River, along whose banks a beautiful walking and biking path leads to the lake and to the center of Cannobio—with its famous lakeside promenade—or to the Orrido Sant’Anna, with its refreshing swimming spots. A restaurant, a bar, and a small grocery store are located about 350 m away. The charming historic center of Cannobio, with its shops, bars, cafés, and restaurants, as well as the lake with its free public beach, the romantic lakeside promenade, and the old harbor, is about a 10-minute walk away.
