Housed in a former spinning and weaving mill—whose main building was constructed in the typical industrial architectural style of the turn of the century and has been preserved to this day (now a protected historic landmark)—we are pleased to offer you what is, to our knowledge, the only loft property of its kind on Lake Maggiore. The facades of the main building, with walls approximately 60 cm thick, have been completely restored. Tastefully furnished with great attention to detail and well-equipped, the loft features ceiling heights of up to 7 meters, cast-iron columns, and massive iron windows and French doors. From the spacious south-facing terrace—which is part of the approximately 100 m² loft and features a charcoal grill—you can enjoy a rarely beautiful view of the lake in full sunshine. The loft is located on the first of two floors and can be reached either via the staircase or conveniently by elevator. Another highlight is the approximately 40 m² private rooftop terrace that comes with the apartment, featuring a stunning view of the lake—which you can also reach by elevator. There, you can enjoy the sun all day long. About 300 m away is the La Selva vacation complex, featuring a large swimming pool (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, open from around mid-June to around early September—free for loft guests) with changing rooms and a snack bar, deck chairs and umbrellas (for a fee), as well as tennis courts (also for a fee). The public beach, which has a bar, is just under 400 m away. A private parking space is available on the property. Layout of the loft:
