Vacation home with fireplace (95sqm)

The vacation home offers 95 square meters of space and can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed. The combined living and sleeping area includes 2 sofas, a fireplace, a well-stocked bookshelf, and 2 single beds (1 Flexa bed measuring 90x200 cm and a Flexa guest bed measuring 80x190 cm). Upon request, the two single beds can also be set up in the bedroom. The kitchen-dining area features a large dining table, and the kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker (Nespresso machine + coffee pod machine, including capsules and pods, and a drip coffee maker), a kettle, and a toaster. The bathroom, which receives natural light, features a shower, bathtub, sink, and washing machine. There is also a separate toilet. A spacious entryway and a spacious pantry are also available. We will send the invoice for payment approximately 14 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings, we will send the invoice promptly. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. You will receive the code for the key safe in a timely manner before your arrival, if applicable. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of 2.60 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on-site.
