This vacation rental (with a private entrance) is situated in a quiet location next to the Böhm family’s home. Through the garden with its terrace, you’ll reach the covered entrance via a few steps. You’ll enter the foyer, with the restroom on your left and the large storage room across from it. In the spacious living/bedroom, you’ll find the kitchenette with dining area on the right, a comfortable couch in the center, and a large double bed. Adjacent to this is the comfortable bathroom (with a washing machine) offering a view of the garden. Just a few steps from the vacation rental, you can treat yourself to culinary delights at the renowned “Gasthaus Erwin Schwarz” (3 toques). The proximity to the Wachau region (8 km to Weißenkirchen) and the Waldviertel, with all their recreational, natural, and cultural offerings, round out the experience. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange any necessary details. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed for a fee of 8 EUR per pet per night. The tourist tax of 2.60 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on-site.
