This vacation apartment, located near the beach with a balcony and a distant view of the Baltic Sea, is on the 3rd floor of the Berolina apartment complex. With a living area of approximately 46 m², it is suitable for up to 4 people.

A spacious closet offers plenty of storage space for your vacation wardrobe. In the combined living and sleeping area, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a dining table that seats 4 people, and a flat-screen TV with Full HD reception. For additional entertainment during your vacation, there’s a stereo system with a built-in docking station for iPod/iPhone—including a charging station and MP3/USB port—and a built-in CD player, as well as a Wii. From the living area, you can step out onto the covered, furnished balcony. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with, for example, a dishwasher, a 4-burner stovetop, and seating for 4. Through the kitchen, you can access another small bedroom with a window and a pull-out couch (140x200 cm). The interior bathroom features a bathtub. Wi-Fi and a phone line are, of course, included.

Two outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you. Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and countryside views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement storage rooms in House An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Houses An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
