"Ostseeliebe" Vacation Rental with Balcony in Haus Berolina in Dahme

Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals Service Office, Lange Wiese 4, 23747 Dahme.

This approximately 46 m² vacation rental features a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a kitchen, an entryway, a bathroom, and a balcony. The separate bedroom features a pull-out bunk bed (each 80x200 cm). From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy your vacation with up to 4 people in this quiet apartment from the very first minute.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Please understand that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Gegend und Aussicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Promenade, Restaurant gut erreichbar. Der Weg zur Wohnung und vorallem zur Tiefgarage war nicht gut beschildert. Die Sauberkeit war nicht ausreichend, besonders im Bad (Toilette), Küche vor und in den Schränken war es sehr verschmutzt ( Spülenschrank, Spülbecken, Mülleimer) . Es wäre zu empfehlen Putzmittel getrennt von Pfanne , TÖPFE und Staubsauger sowie von Farbeimer aufzubewahren.

Alles schon was in die Jahre gekommen . Ein Backofen um sich Brötchen aufzupacken wäre toll , die alte Mikrowelle packt das nicht . Der Toaster sollte auch in Rente gehen ????. Toilette plus Sitz ist auch nicht mehr schön anzusehen und der Deckel wackelt und knallt wie vor 20 Jahren runter , das geht besser . Ansonsten haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Preise steigen von Jahr zu Jahr und deswegen nächstes Jahr eine andere Wohnung . Danke und LG
