Located close to the beach and downtown, this cozy, approximately 40 m² 2-room vacation apartment for up to 4 people is on the mezzanine level and features a terrace. It’s just a few steps from the parking lot—up a flight of stairs and you’re there. A small entryway welcomes you: take off your shoes, open the door, and you’ve arrived!

The bright living room with a dining area and open kitchenette is a real highlight. Go ahead and open the large patio door—it’s a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast in the early morning on the covered terrace with a beach chair or to wind down the evening in comfort. The “little” guests can have fun in the shared garden. Whether you just want to make breakfast or cook a full meal like at home, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. Set the table and then enjoy your meal in peace. The sleeper sofa (160x200 cm) can be converted into a cozy sleeping area for two people at night. Dark blue curtains shield you from the first rays of morning sun. Relax on the comfortable couch and listen to beautiful music from the Wi-Fi radio with Bluetooth connectivity. Off the hallway is the small, modern shower room with a towel warmer. In the bedroom across the hall, you can finish watching your TV show from the double bed (2x 80x200 cm). There’s plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe in the closet. The storage room in the hallway is also convenient; in addition to everyday items, you can store your suitcases or beach gear here.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you in the apartment complex’s parking lot.

During the season, from approximately May through September, a seasonal beach chair is available to you on the beach, subject to weather conditions.
