Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

This modernly furnished one-room vacation apartment with a balcony has a living area of approximately 37 m² and accommodates 2 people.

The modern kitchenette with a breakfast bar is perfect for social cooking evenings. The kitchenette also features, for example, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven, and a coffee maker. In the living area, a comfortable box-spring bed (160x200 cm) invites you to enjoy restful nights. Pleated blinds on all windows provide privacy and block out light. A TV (with DVB-T reception), a DVD player, and a radio/CD player are also available. From the living area, you have access to the furnished balcony, where you can enjoy cozy vacation evenings with a good glass of wine. In the hallway, a large built-in closet offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. The brightly tiled bathroom features a clean design and offers pleasant comfort thanks to a low-step shower entry. Wi-Fi is included.

An outdoor parking space right next to the house is reserved for you. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use inside the building. You can store your bicycles in the lockable bike storage room.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not permitted.

Der Topper ist durchgelegen und das Bett für 2 Erwachsene doch etwas zu schmal (Ansichtssache). Die Kaffeemaschine / Wassertank hat keine Skalierung. Die Wohnung war sauber, der Balkon hat aber noch keinen Besen in diesem Jahr gesehen?!?! (Auch die Rahmen und Fenster) Die Wohnung liegt, wie bekannt, an einer Hauptduchgangsstasse. Durch die " Fahrbahnschwellen" wird es dann doch mal etwas lauter, da sich der ein oder anderen Autofahrer nicht an die 30 km/h hält. Wer schlecht zu Fuß ist, kann Schwierigkeiten mit dem Badeweg bekommen, da es doch relativ steil rauf oder runter geht. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung gut gelegen und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Auch das Team von Kraushaar ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Schere ist kaputt, es gibt keine Schälmesser etc. des weiteren sollten wenigstens Geschirrhandtücher, Müllsäcke und Seife im Preis enthalten sein. Mit der aktuellen Küchenausstattung ist es schon eine Herausforderung zu Kochen. Das sollte als liebes Feedback rüberkommen. Viele Grüße
