You can conveniently park your car in the “Augustusbad” underground parking garage. From there, the elevator takes you to the first floor and your vacation home. A modern vacation dream awaits you in this apartment.

The couch can be easily converted into a bed (160x200 cm). A docking station and the Philips BM50B sound system in the living room and bathroom ensure cozy evenings, while the PlayStation 4 provides entertainment and opportunities for game nights together. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, making cooking a pleasure. Your bathroom is a wellness oasis with a beautiful shower, towel warmer, toilet, and hair dryer. There’s even a washing machine in the bathroom for doing laundry whenever you need to. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and an additional closet for your clothes. Here, too, we’ve included another flat-screen TV. This is where your vacation dreams come true, and you’ll wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and ready for your next Baltic Sea adventure. You can set the floor heating to your preferred temperature. The terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast when the weather is nice or to wind down the evening with a glass of wine.

An underground parking space (stacked parking, max. height 1.75 m) is reserved for you. You can store your bicycles in the bike storage room in the underground garage. Wi-Fi access is also provided.
