This beautiful vacation apartment in the Haus Meeresblick building offers a stunning view of the Baltic Sea! Look forward to a modern vacation home that, with a living area of approximately 42 m², two rooms, and a balcony, offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 4 people.

The light-filled living/sleeping area features a comfortable sofa corner, an internet-enabled smart TV, a dining area for 4 people, direct access to the balcony, and a magnificent view of the sea. Two high-quality fold-out beds (each 90 x 200 cm) are located at the back of the open living area, snugly tucked into an alcove. This means there’s plenty of space in the living room during the day, and in the evening, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sparkling Baltic Sea right from your bed. The small but charming kitchen is separate yet visually connected to the living area by a glass partition—so you’re never cooking alone here. Of course, it’s fully equipped with great everyday appliances like a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The mirrored closet provides space for your vacation wardrobe, and the Baltic Sea glistens through the window. In the separate bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), you can relax after a wonderful day of vacation. The modern bathroom is bright and tastefully furnished with a corner shower, illuminated mirror, sink, and toilet.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for your car. The elevator takes you comfortably to your floor. Free Wi-Fi is available. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building.
