We absolutely loved this place! It was very quaint, super clean, cozy and oh so very comfortable. We couldn’t wait to come back after a day of sightseeing to sit on the porch with a glass of wine and look out over the lake, watching the seagulls swirl overhead. Our biggest regret was having to leave this little slice of heaven.

Annual girls trip

This has been our favorite property we have ever stayed at. The cottage reminds me of of my childhood spent at a lake in Quebec, Canada! It was so clean, quaint and perfect. We will definitley visit again!

Quiet Weekend By the Lake

This is a charming, rustic cottage that is the perfect spot for a relaxing stay with immediate access to and a beautiful view of Seneca Lake. Cedar Lodge has everything you need so you can spend your time enjoying your lovely surroundings and all that this area has to offer!

Location was great, right on lake. Place was perfect, clean, everything that was stated to be there was. Very quiet, private, would stay there again any time and would recommend to friends.

Cozy cabin on the water

Wine trip

We throughly enjoyed staying at the Cedar Lodge. Well cared for property with a million dollar view. Loved sitting on the dock with our morning coffee or evening glass of wine. So many wineries close by to visit. Will certainly return to Cedar Lodge.

Excellent!

We had a great time at Cedar Lodge. The location is perfect for enjoying the Seneca lake Wine Trail and going into Geneva for nice restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and the back porch is great to have your morning coffee right by the water! We will definetely be back!

Great Place to Stay on The Lake

We purchased a weekend stay as a gift for my parents. They had never vacationed at VRBO property so they were a bit nervous about their stay. The owner was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process, even when we needed to reschedule. Thank you Darlene for your wonderful hospitality.

Beyond beautiful, the perfect getaway for a wine weekend

Right from the get-go, this place was fantastic. It was clean and it was cozy. The view of the lake is absolutely breathtaking and especially during the fall it's almost mesmerizing. The owner was more than helpful, it was the perfect place for a wine touring weekend and I hope this escape if but for only a week and I will be coming back to this!

Hidden Gem!

The pictures don't do this place justice. It's by many wineries and breweries. We liked staying at the lake and relaxing. A very quiet and peaceful vacation. Great restaurants in Geneva. The owner left a book with suggested places to visit.

Cozy cabin in a great location!!!

My husband and I loved the cabin!!! It was exactly as described. We liked that is was so close to the water, and had comfortable Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view. The location was close to grocery stores and tons of wineries. Great time and we will definitely be back!!! Thank you. 😊

Wicked relaxing

This property has been owned by one family and I am the 3rd generation to own it. My grandfather cleared the land and built it in 1945. He picked each field stone that makes up the beautiful fireplace. This cottage is one of the last original cottages at Kashong Point. It is a quiet and relaxing location. The beach and front porch are the best places to relax with a book and/or a beverage. I live a 1/2 mile away so any questions or issues can be dealt with quickly.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Once you've picked up your groceries in Geneva from Wegman's there is no reason to leave unless you want to go and visit a winery, brewery or State Park. There is a gas station near by with a small grocery store for missed items.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Kashong Point has a private road which loops around and is a great place to walk, run or bike on. As you can tell by the pictures the land is very level and there are only a few steps to get in and out of the cottage. The There are 30+ pieces of property that make up Kashong Point. Kashong Creek borders one side of the Point and is a great place to hike to 3 picturesque waterfalls. There is a nature preserve near as well for some great walks.
