The open-concept living area features a cozy sofa and two of the three sleeping spots, provided by a space-saving fold-out bed (2x 100x200 cm). The adjoining bedroom features a fold-out single bed (80x190 cm) for the third guest. With the modern kitchen equipped with an induction stove, you’ll be well-prepared if you want to cook your own meals. For a great start to the day, this apartment offers a bathroom with natural light, a shower stall, and a heated towel rack. When you return from the beach—just 50 meters away—in the afternoon, you can enjoy the afternoon sun on the covered balcony with an awning.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee in the building’s basement. A TV, Wi-Fi connection, and an internet radio provide plenty of entertainment.
