This 2-room vacation rental with approximately 50 m² of living space awaits you on the 9th floor of the Panoramic residential complex and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Would you like to enjoy an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea from your apartment? Then you’ve come to the right place. The heart of this apartment is the living room with an open kitchen and access to the balcony. From here, you can sip a fresh cup of coffee—a filter coffee maker and a coffee pod machine are both available—while looking east toward the Baltic Sea and Hansapark. In addition to a Smart TV with built-in Magenta TV access (including Netflix, Disney+, and RTL+) and a radio with Bluetooth connectivity, the living room also features a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm).
The other guests sleep next door (which also has a sea view) in a double box-spring bed (180x200 cm). The bedroom is connected to the third sleeping area—a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm)—by an open closet and promises a restful night’s sleep. The adjacent bathroom leaves nothing to be desired, featuring a new rain shower, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. There is a bike rack for any bicycles you bring along.

The grounds feature a children’s playground as well as a green space with table tennis tables, basketball, tennis (for a fee), bocce, and a barbecue area for shared use. There is another playground in the adjacent park. You can use the 25-meter swimming pool on the premises for a fee. In addition, a laundromat and a bike rental service from Sunny Bike are available.
