Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

Current Notice: Starting September 9, 2026, roofing work will take place at the Plaza in the Belvedere in Grömitz for approximately 4 weeks, which may cause occasional noise disturbances.

Final work is still underway at the new Dünenpark Grömitz behind the dike along the promenade; this is expected to be completed by the 2026 season.
Here and there, the final phase will still cause some visual disruptions. However, you can already look forward to a dune landscape with a newly designed promenade and numerous entertainment options.

Take the elevator directly to the second floor, where you’ll find your vacation rental. A short walk down the hallway leads you to the bright living and dining area. In the living area, you’ll find a cozy couch that can be converted into a sleeping area for two additional guests if needed. Here, you can spend relaxing evenings watching TV or let your gaze wander out from the living room to the Baltic Sea. The included Bluetooth radio provides music for your enjoyment. You can also use the apartment’s Wi-Fi. Breakfast, dinner, and vacation snacks can be prepared just a stone’s throw away in the fully equipped kitchenette integrated into the living area. The highlight of this wonderful vacation rental is the covered, south-facing balcony, where you can watch the action on the Baltic Sea in any weather. After a relaxing evening on the balcony, you can rest in the comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm) in the bedroom, which is accessible from the hallway. The modern bathroom with a shower completes this vacation rental.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. There is a bicycle storage room at this property for any bikes you bring along, so you can rest assured your bikes are safe even while on vacation. You’re welcome to use the shared washing machine and dryer in the basement for a fee to wash the vacation clothes you’ve brought along.

Would you like to bring your dog along on vacation? One dog is welcome to accompany you for an additional fee.
