Close to the beach in the idyllic village of Staberdorf in the “Ferienresidenz” residential complex: a charming, approximately 63 m² 3-room vacation apartment for up to 4 adults and 1 child on the mezzanine level right on the waterfront, featuring two balconies and a direct view of the sea.

Just about 100 meters from the beach... The living room features comfortable seating. The open kitchen is integrated into the living area. It is equipped with a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher. The highlights of this apartment are the ocean view and the two balconies. The larger balcony faces east, where you can enjoy the sun from breakfast through noon. From early afternoon through the evening, you can enjoy the sun on the smaller west-facing balcony. For sleeping arrangements, there is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a loft bed. A fifth sleeping option for a child is the pull-out slatted frame with a mattress located under the loft bed. The brightly tiled shower room features a towel warmer.

A parking space in front of the house is reserved for you. A washing machine (for a fee) is available on-site. Wi-Fi is included.
