Current Notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town center are affected, particularly from the Kurpark to the Fördewanderweg. Depending on the progress of the construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue until 2027.

This lovingly and modernly furnished 3-room vacation apartment is located right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Laboe. The apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 people and offers all the comforts you need for an unforgettable vacation.

Great care has been taken to ensure high-quality and charming furnishings. The spacious and cozy living room, featuring a large flat-screen TV, is equipped with a separate dining area and a comfortable sofa set. This sofa also folds out into a sleeper sofa, which can accommodate an additional guest if needed. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and a second flat-screen TV. The second, smaller bedroom has a large double bed (140x200 cm). The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, and you can enjoy your morning coffee in comfort at the kitchen counter. A washing machine for your use is located in the kitchen. The bathroom features a bathtub. The bathtub also features a fold-out shower screen, allowing you to shower comfortably while standing.

The town center is right on your doorstep, and the beach is just a few steps away. The picturesque harbor is just a few minutes’ walk away.

During the season, from approximately April through September, a seasonal beach chair is available on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.

You can conveniently park your car on the first floor of the parking garage right next door. Larger cars and vans will need to find a spot elsewhere. Alternatively, we offer you the option to rent a parking space from us for a fee, subject to availability. A bicycle storage room is also available in the underground parking garage. However, space is limited and cannot be guaranteed.

Please understand that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed.

The Fjord Hiking Trail starts right outside the front door, winds along the picturesque coastline, and offers breathtaking views of the Kiel Fjord time and again. Laboe is an ideal place to combine nature and relaxation.
