A solo una cuadra de East Chop Bluffs en una tranquila calle lateral en un entorno tranquilo y arbolado. Hay 2 salas de estar separadas !! ¡Aire acondicionado central arriba y abajo! Gran cocina luminosa que accede a un comedor separado, un acogedor porche con zonas de comedor y de descanso, y una soleada terraza trasera con mucha privacidad en el patio trasero. Las vistas al mar se pueden encontrar en la torreta, así como una vista clara del faro de West Chop en Vineyard Haven. Arriba hay 5 dormitorios (3Q, 1F, 2T invitados proporcionan ropa de cama, toallas y alfombras de baño) y 1. 5 baños, abajo tiene un baño completo, así como una ducha al aire libre. Estás a solo unos pasos del faro, Bluff, y uno de los más bellos paseos al centro (~ 18 minutos a pie, 5 minutos en bicicleta) que uno podría pedir. Estás a solo 8 minutos a pie de la playa de Jetty, ofrecemos sillas de playa y un carro. ¡También proporcionamos 4 bicicletas Beach Cruiser para recorrer la ciudad!

Exceptional communication, wonderful house, and ideal location

A perfect spot for a family gathering! Jeff’s timely and frequent communication made booking and check-in a breeze. The house, with its five bedrooms, great outdoor spaces, and ideal location was a perfect launching pad for a summer vacation on the island. Would recommend highly!

Spacious and relaxing

This home is perfect for a large family. The owner has supplied lots for a family on a rainy day. The location is perfect walking distance from town. The patio in back and screened in porch makes many areas for people to spread out and relax!!

Great Roomy House

Loved this house. It was within walking distance of an ocean view. We had enough room for 10 adults. Different spaces for people to enjoy. A space for reading, a space for playing games and plenty of outdoor space as well.

Awesome vacation spot!!!!

My family and I had such a wonderful time! The house was clean and has absolutely everything you need! My husband and I got married on Inkwell Beach and this house was perfect for everyone to stay with extra room! Jeff and Erin are very sweet and very easy to get ahold of when needed. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Great week

This is a very accommodating house. It was the perfect space for the 7 of us. Great relaxation spaces and gathering spaces for all. The bikes were an added treat. The only part I would change is the ability to rent through Sunday.

Great location, good accommodations.

Both times visiting, needed to buy toilet paper, tissues, sponges, etc, for house. Understand reason to not keep a lot of supplies on hand because of pilfering but not very helpful to the honest people staying there.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. We value your opinion and will address this for you when you come back. We have struggled with this. For example this year we stocked the house with detergent , TP, garbage bags and sponges. I would be surprised if they even lasted the first couple weeks. They do tend to wander off. We are working with our cleaning crew to figure out the best way to leave some basics to get folks started. We also may work with Our Market to make a weekly delivery care package, those are the folks we used for the wine that we sent. Once again thank you for reinforcing the need for this and thank you for coming back to us again!!

Perfect MV Vacation Setting

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful East Chop home. The house was exactly as described and shown. There were lots of spaces to hang out as a large group, or to get away by yourself and read quietly. The kitchen well appointed and our cooking-happy group made the best use of it all. Great location for walking or bike riding into town. The hosts could not be more prompt, warm, kind or helpful. Do yourself a favor and book a stay here, which you are sure to enjoy!

SUPER rental!

Big charming house with modern kitchen. Super clean. We had a large extended family and easily accommodated everyone. Our host Jeff was very easy to communicate with . He answered all of our questions within minutes. What a great experience!!

Beautiful clean close to restaurants, shops, Beach

Beautiful clean well maintained home with multiple open airy spots and nicely decorated rooms for everyone to enjoy. There was plenty of utensils and tools we used to cook. The owners were warm, friendly and beyond accommodating!! They went above and beyond our expectations! Just a 15 minute walk to dozens of restaurants, shops, public beach, other points of interest and close drive to ferry & many more sites and the location was perfect! Highly recommended for one and all! We'll be back again... and again... and again...

Oak Bluffs - 5 Bedroom House

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The property manager was wonderfully communicative and answered a myriad of questions as we approached our stay. His responses were thorough, cheerful, and timely. The house itself was beautifully situated between Vinyard Haven and the town of Oak Bluffs. Both were only a 7 -min car ride. Less than half a block away was a bike path that is next to the ocean. It’s a beautiful and protected area for the kids to stroll. There were beach chairs, and bikes we could borrow, and even a separate game room for the kids. We look forward to staying again next time we are in MV!

Wonderful home and host!

Great location! This large home was perfectly located for our trip to the vineyard. It is situated within walking distance to the harbor and Circuit Avenue. Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood and was very cozy. The kitchen was large and there was plenty of space for our group to spread out. We particularly enjoyed the screen porch and outdoor shower. We will definitely be booking this one again!

Wonderful

From a morning cup of coffee on the front porch to relaxing at days end on the back screened in porch, this house has it all. Plenty of room for our family of 11 to spread out. Great outdoor space as well. Location is great with a short bike ride or walk to the beach.

Amazing Family Vacation Spot

I almost don’t want to be honest writing my review for fear that it will attract more people to this property and I want to be sure it’s always available for when I need it! The house is in a perfect location, very spacious and clean and the communication with the owners could not have been better. On a scale of 1-10, I give this property a 10!

Great for a Women's Running Weekend Getaway 4.5 stars

Amazing home just perfect for our first annual MV 1/2 marathon girls trip. Jeff and Erin were fantastic and the excellent location made it super easy to get to and from the race start/end. The outdoor shower latch gave one lady a scare or else we would have given the home a 5 star rating for sure!!

Great house for groups!

This was a great house for our multi-family groups! plenty of space and plenty of dining options...the outdoor shower is AWESOME, as is the screened in porch. The Central A/C worked GREAT!!! It didn't affect our stay but it is a bit of a hike down to the beach/oak bluffs town- our little ones couldn't make the trek...but we're used to driving on the Vineyard so it didn't bother us 1 bit! It was nice to be able to walk to the lighthouse for sunsets and walk the bluff in the AM- great quiet, friendly neighborhood

MV at it's best!

The home was absolutely perfect for our 2 families of 4 each. The location was an easy 12 min walk into the town of Oak Bluffs and a short 5 min drive to Vineyard Haven. The home is perfect New England charm at it's best (modern conveniences + New England charm in one!). The kitchen is very well stocked with all that a visiting group would ever need. It is also very spacious and open which worked wonderfully for our usual M.O. of too many cooks in the kitchen ;) The additional amenities were great. We made use of the 4 bicycles, cornhole boards and ample amount of beach toys that have graciously been offered with the house. We added to the offerings and left a clam rake we purchased should future visitors care to catch their clam dinner in Katama Bay (highly recommend). The house had numerous board games and was well stocked with DVD's should you have a rainy night in. The screened porch was the favorite space. Lots of games played on the porch while enjoying the wonderful cross breezes. Jeff and Erin were the best of hosts. Their communications were timely, detailed and always on point. They provided a super detailed email of places, items, restaurants and POI which was so helpful. We plan to return!!!

Nice home in great neighborhood

This was our second time staying here and we had a great time. Great neighborhood, easy walk or bike ride to downtown. Noted some updates inside (kitchen). Would be nice to have a bit more attention paid to outside grounds maintenance.
