Casa frente al mar en el río Spokane en Spokane (lado este de spokane), a 12 minutos del centro de Spokane y unos 20 minutos en CDA.

La casa tiene 5 dormitorios, 4. 5 baños, (o 3 dormitorios / 2. 5 baños) y 2 cocinas completas. Las habitaciones de nivel superior son todas reinas y las dos habitaciones de nivel inferior son reyes (una también tiene una cama nido en la habitación muy grande). Viene con muelle privado. Increíbles vistas al agua, pisos de madera, 2 chimeneas, gran terraza, lavadora / secadora, parrilla de barbacoa, completamente amueblado con todo lo que necesita.

La casa también se puede separar en una unidad de nivel superior y una unidad de nivel inferior si no necesita toda la propiedad (y por un costo menor) La unidad superior es de 3 dormitorios 2. 5 baños y la unidad inferior tiene 2 dormitorios, 2 piscina. Ambas unidades tienen sus propias cocinas completas.

Great kitchen for cooking Thanksgiving meal (we brought all the toasting pans,etc). Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Great communication with the host. We would stay again.

Beautiful location. Fun property.

The location was perfect as a stay while we attended a wedding. Jeff told us ahead of time that there were some landscaping changes being made, and the Pickleball court he is adding will be a really fun addition. We all enjoyed the pool table and shuffleboard. All around enjoyable.

The location of this property was great, not too far off the express way, stores were close by. We got here while they were finishing construction changes to the property. The owner added living spaces to both levels to the east side of the home. The grass yard you see in the pictures is gone, having been replaced by a concrete slab for a future pickle ball court. The main living area was controlled by a thermostat in the upper level, which we didn't have access to. Fortunately, the temp was on the cool side, and we could use a gas fireplace to offset that. Plus each bedroom had heaters available. A unique item was that the master bath had a river rock basin in the shower. I found it uncomfortable to stand on, and ended up buying a shower mat to help even the surface out. The main shower was a regular flat basin with no issues there. The pool table and shuffle board were nice additions to relax with.

Spokane Valley Riverhouse

This house allowed us to create some wonderful family memories. The beautiful view, pool table, shuffleboard and open floor plan. Everything was available for everyday living. It is close to grocery stores in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Jeff was very hospitable to our family. We all loved it.

We came for a wedding not far from the property. It was amazingly beautiful, the owner was beyond helpful, and the games were perfect after our wedding. We will be back!

Gonzaga visit

This house was absolutely beautiful. Our kids had so many fun things to do outside and inside the house. The kids would play pool and shuffleboard and then they played ball outside. They did fishing on the dock and kayaking. The place is even more beautiful in person. The owner is so responsive.

Lovely location

Our group of four stayed only for one night while we were traveling, but it was an enjoyable visit! The location on the water was so peaceful, and our accommodations were just right. Jeff, our host, met us to go over a few items and was extremely gracious and accessible. If we find ourselves going to the Spokane area again, we will certainly be looking this place up again!

Amazing location

Gorgeous property right on the river in a great neighborhood. We had a blast kayaking and SUPing. Jeff is a great host. Highly recommend!

The location is amazing. Right on the river with a dock. Lovely. The listing states it is the “entire house” but it was only the bottom floor. Not a huge issue but still…Overall a nice location and was a great place for our family.

Sweet spot on the river

This is a beautiful little spot on the river. We enjoyed the clean water for taking a dip on a hot day. The host is wonderful and the listing is accurate. Nice spot for family.

Not Perfect but Very Nice

Beautiful property and a great location. The property has been undergoing a minor renovation and expansion which could have been why the interior condition and cleanliness were not at the level other reviews made a point of several times. Discussed with the owner and he took immediate action to ensure the next guests were walking into a spotless home. Peaceful and quiet, a perfect location if you want to relax and unwind.

Excellent stay

Our visit was not what was expected on our side, we had family visiting and they were delayed. Our host Jeff accommodated us no matter what. He made our visit so easy and welcoming. The house was clean, the view and surrounding area are amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was close to downtown and where we needed to go.

Relaxing stay

Beautiful Stay on the River

We decided on this place based on the location and reviews. The rental unit is the lower half of the owner (Jeff's) home. There are 2 large bedrooms (with comfortable beds), and 2 full baths. Also a large livingroom and kitchen. There is an outdoor patio, when the weather is warm enough, and a beautiful view of the river. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Jeff was great to communicate with ahead of time, and met with us at check in to show us around. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Lovely riverfront stay

We had a lovely time at Jeff's riverfront property. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The back patio (with very comfortable outdoor furniture) right above the river was perfect for relaxing and watching river activity. The pool table and foosball were great for the evenings. Jeff was a real pleasure to work with: extremely responsive, eager to help with anything needed, and great personality - so cheerful and interesting, yet not intrusive AT ALL. We'll be wanting to stay here again any time we're in the Spokane area. Thank you, Jeff.

Wonderful location!!

We had a great stay at the Spokane River Home! We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and watching the river. The backyard is very peaceful! Beds were comfy and proximity to town was great!

Hello, I'm a person who has traveled extensively so I've learned what I like and don't like in a property and have set this home up with everything I think a person would appreciate. Always open to suggestions though that would make a guest stay more enjoyable. As it states above, this is my 2nd home and I'm seldom there but your entire large floor is quiet and private regardless.

This property is the perfect setting in the perfect location. Right on the river which provides tons of activities as well as the peaceful and fantastic views it provides. Further, It's literally minutes to downtown and yet only about 20-25 minutes to beautiful Coeur d'Alene. About 5 minutes from the property is Arbor Crest Winery which has countless outdoor venues throughout the seasons.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Views, location, pricing, I feel one would be hard pressed to find a better value than this home.
We have two 1 person kayak's, one 2 person kayak, and 2 paddle boards available for rent at the property at far less cost than the local rental companies.
