Nestled in the scenic Soläng leisure area near Lake Välen, this spacious 80 m² holiday home accommodates up to eight guests. The main house features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a substantial built-in wardrobe, and the second with a bunk bed and a wardrobe. An additional sleeping option is available in the cozy living room, which includes a TV, DVD player, and a wood stove.

The modern kitchen is well-equipped, offering a ceramic cooktop, a wood-fired stove, and a large fridge with a freezer compartment. A bathroom with a shower and washing machine completes the interior. Guests also have access to an office space with a large desk and an inviting winter garden that can be opened on nicer days. The separate building includes a bunk bed and an infrared sauna for relaxation. Please note that bed linens and towels are not provided, and a weekly booking is mandatory.

The holiday home, located in the expansive recreational area of Soläng, offers a picturesque outdoor setting. Just a short walk away lies a beautiful bathing and boating area beside the 260-hectare Välen Lake, complemented by a spacious lawn. The property features a private 5-meter-wide boat and bathing dock, where pets are allowed to swim. Guests can enjoy the great outdoors with two bicycles and an aluminum rowboat available for use, which can be equipped with a personal motor of up to 4 HP. For relaxation, an infrared sauna is provided in the annex. The surrounding area is rich in activities, with nearby towns offering supermarkets and attractions. Note that outdoor spaces, including the dock, are shared among guests. The property operates on a weekly rental basis, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays only.

The holiday home accommodates up to eight guests. Booking is only possible weekly, with arrivals and departures on Saturdays. Pets are allowed upon request. Guests must bring their own bedding and towels. An end-cleaning fee of €110 applies, along with a €150 deposit.
