The modern kitchenette is right next to the living area and is equipped with everything a culinary enthusiast could want. The Rolandseck house is located on the westernmost edge of Bansin on Bergstraße, a street that captivates with its magnificent seaside resort architecture. Adjacent to the house is a large beech forest stretching about 12 km along the coast, ideal for exploring Usedom on foot or by bike. From the apartments, you’ll enjoy an excellent second-row view of the sea. The beach is only 50 m away, and the beach access point via Bergstraße is right nearby.
