The 2-room “Seeschwalbe 4” apartment, offers a living area of approximately 57 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. You can easily take the elevator from the underground parking garage to the ground-floor apartment. The comfortably furnished living and dining room features a sofa that converts into a pull-out bed for two people, as well as a side table, a dining table with seating for four, a TV, and a stereo system. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. From the living area, you can step out onto the south-facing terrace, which is furnished seasonally. You can prepare your meals in the separate, fully equipped kitchen, which features a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with built-in freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and more. You’ll spend your nights in a comfortable bedroom with a box-spring bed and a closet.
