In our NERO apartment, you’ll never want to get out of bed—it offers a cozy atmosphere that invites you to relax. But the freedom of the outdoors beckons, so in the summer you can explore the forests on hikes, and in the winter, go snowshoeing. The apartment is ideal for friends, families, or groups who want to spend time together far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy balmy evenings on the large southwest-facing balcony with fantastic sunsets, or relax in the cozy living area in front of the tiled stove. With four bedrooms featuring high-quality box-spring double beds, a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen, NERO offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has a modern design and features a shower as well as a separate bathtub. There is a separate guest restroom with a sink. High-speed Wi-Fi and underfloor heating provide additional comfort, while the quiet location ensures restful nights. A 50% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due one day before arrival (via bank transfer). Dogs are welcome here (20 EUR per stay, maximum of four dogs). Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and midnight; check-out is by 10:00 AM. We’re happy to coordinate other times with you. Keys are handed over in person or via a key box; you’ll receive the code in advance. A security deposit of 450 EUR is due by the day of arrival along with the remaining balance. This will be refunded within one week of departure, provided the check-out rules are followed and the apartment is returned in good order. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee of 3 EUR each; a basket of firewood for the tiled stove costs 10 EUR. Please leave the apartment swept clean at checkout, remove the bed linens, put the washed dishes back in their places, and dispose of the trash separately in the designated bins.
