Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

The modernly furnished "Flat White" duplex apartment welcomes you on the second floor of the Baltic Laboe building and offers 67 m² of space and relaxation for four guests.

The apartment warmly welcomes you into its cozy living room, which offers two sleeping spots in the evening on the comfortable sofa bed (160x200 cm). Yoga mats and equipment are available for active vacationers. The well-equipped kitchenette, featuring a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso) and a combination microwave-oven, is just a few steps away and leads out to the east-facing balcony—nothing stands in the way of enjoying your morning coffee with a view of the sunrise. If you’re still not satisfied, follow the sun throughout the day to the south-facing living room balcony. An electric grill is provided.
For the night, you’ll have a cozy bedroom with a TV, closet, and a double box-spring bed (2x 80x200 cm). You can wash off the beach sand in the modern bathroom so you’re ready for the rest of your vacation. A washer-dryer is available in the apartment. For families, a high chair and a travel crib are provided in the apartment.

Laboe is the perfect place to combine nature and relaxation.
