This bedroom features a walk-in closet and a window with a small opening that lets in fresh air and natural light. Blackout options ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The second bedroom is furnished with a practical tandem bed (2x90x200 cm), ideal for friends or family members. Here you’ll also find a closet, a TV, and a small window opening that creates a pleasant atmosphere. This room also features blackout options.

The open living room area is bathed in natural light and invites you to relax. Here you’ll find a cozy two-seater sofa and an armchair, perfect for social evenings in front of the TV. Pleated blinds allow you to customize the amount of light entering the room.

For your convenience, there is a small guest restroom, while the adjacent shower room with a window offers additional comfort. The separate, fully equipped kitchen has everything you could ask for. It features modern appliances such as an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher—everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

The rooms feature eco-friendly laminate flooring, tiles, and, in some areas, underfloor heating.

A highlight of the vacation rental is the spacious, light-filled sunroom, which opens onto a private terrace (approx. 30 square meters). Here you can relax in the sun and enjoy the fresh air.
