Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Vacation Apartments service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

Current notice: From late May through mid-October 2026, the K30 between Laboe and Stein will be completely closed due to construction. Since your designated service office is located in Laboe, you can only continue on to Stein and Marina Wendtorf via the signposted detour.

This stylish 2-room vacation apartment on the first floor of the Flying Dutchman building at Marina Wendtorf offers 40 m² of comfortable space for up to 4 people.

The modern and clean-lined decor creates a pleasant atmosphere for your Baltic Sea vacation. The living and sleeping area features a cozy sleeper sofa (sleeping surface 140 x 200 cm), while the separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to prepare delicious meals yourself. The modern shower room rounds out the comfortable amenities and ensures a refreshing start to your day.

A public parking space is available in front of the house. There is a storage area at the house for bicycles you bring with you or rent.

Please understand that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.

A bakery with a café and bike rental is only about 100 meters from your apartment; the nearest supermarket (Edeka) with a café, skate park, and children’s adventure park is about 1,200 meters away. On the beach, there is a water sports school that rents out equipment such as SUPs and surfboards. A golf course, fitness club, and Kiddy-Fun-Center are just a few minutes’ drive away. The sea is just a stone’s throw from the apartment, as is the marina, which is located directly in front of the Marina Wendtorf complex.

At the marina, you can charter a motorboat if you have a valid recreational boat license. For naturists, there’s an approved nude beach section not far away. Kids of all ages can let off steam in the new indoor play paradise. Adventurers will be drawn to the black-light indoor adventure golf course. Those who’d rather get a taste of city life can reach the state capital, Kiel, in no time. Places like Stein are within easy walking distance, and Laboe can be reached by bike. In the summer, you can grab a light snack right at the marina, and fresh fish is available straight from the fishing boat. Let the fresh sea breeze blow around your face and enjoy a vacation on the Baltic Sea with a wonderful view.
