This relaxing getaway offers private balconies off of each of the bedrooms where guests can take in nature and the beautiful lagoon views. The spacious living room features vaulted ceilings and large picture windows creating a welcoming and relaxing space to unwind after a day at the beach or on the golf course. This two-story, family-friendly getaway also offers guests access to the community's swimming pool and basketball court.



What's nearby:

Lagoon Villa is located in the heart of Wild Dunes and is within walking distance to restaurants, tennis, golf, and the beach. Guests can also rent bikes and explore the miles of biking trails throughout the resort. Enjoy the quiet of Wild Dunes or venture to downtown Isle of Palms for shopping, live music, and dining, which is less than a five-mile drive away. Hikers, mountain bikers, kayakers, and campers will be thrilled to know that the Francis Marion National Forest less than 30 miles north for some outdoor adventures. Historic Charleston is also just a 17-mile drive away.

Perfect for a beach weekend getaway. Amazing access to resort amenities. The only issue encountered was tricky door code, but eventually got in every time.

Great Place!!

This was an amazing, relaxing, and quiet place to say. It was exactly what me and my friend needed to just relax for the weekend, after a very busy couple months at work. It’s very quaint and we spent hours on the porch just staring at the small lagoon at the back of the property. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, and all the accommodations of the resort.

Enjoyed our stay. It was basic and clean. Great, fast communication with management. Only recommendations would be easier access to the pool key and keeping essentials (salt/pepper) in the kitchen.

The property is very clean and organized. Some of the furniture could be updated and the kitchen is fairly well equipped. Nice to have a pool near by and the walk to the beach was very pleasant.

Overall great stay!

The check in was super easy. The location is super nice with a warm pool and beach access with a little walk. We rented a golf cart to get around the island easily, since this property is in the wild dunes you have to have a company with Wild Dunes permit, we used just beachy. But the place was clean, backed up to water were we seen an alligator. It was super nice. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Condo was clean and quiet and well appointed. It had everything we needed. The little balcony off the bedroom was a bonus! Check in and out were a breeze. We were able to take a nice daily walk around the grounds. Clever set up that gives everyone space.

Nice location at a nice price. The condo itself is fairly basic but comfortable. The only draw backs I experienced are the pool was closed most of the week and another pool option was not available and the beach area directly across from the condo had two sets of broken stairs and was narrower than other areas. We were able to cut through and find a good set of stairs and I think the beach likely needs storm repairs.

Isle of Palms getaway

Our stay at Isle of Palms was great! The rental was exactly as promised. There were three different sets of check out procedures and we weren't sure which ones were required. The place is a little outdated inside, the decor, kitchen, and restrooms were all outdated. With a little updating the place could look really nice. The kitchen came furnished with dishes and cookware! We felt like the walk to the beach was about 7-8 minutes and it was a very convenient location.

Nice Property

Overall nice property - clean and quiet - very comfortable beds. Bathrooms are a bit small. Master bedroom carpeting could be updated. It has separated at the thresholds making it uncomfortable on bare feet. Some of the plastic chairs in balcony were broken. We liked the quiet and the fresh clean feel. Especially nice to have the pool just a few steps away.
