Dos dormitorios en planta principal con 1 reina en cada uno. Loft tiene 2 camas matrimoniales. TV / DVD, lavadora / secadora. Cocina completa (sin lavaplatos), pisos de madera y decorada con buen gusto para una sensación de cabina. La cubierta da al río. ¡Pescado de tu patio delantero! Pon los pies en el río y observa cómo flotan las canoas y los kayaks. Secluded little cabin on peaceful river. We loved how quiet and peaceful this place is. Very long driveway away from road. Perfect space for little get away from city life. Not far from Traverse City & Sleeping Bear Dunes. Would definitely come back!!

The property was great!! Couldn’t ask for a better location to fish without driving anywhere. So peaceful. Hope to make it back and stay there again next year!

This was a magical place to stay. The river is so peaceful I enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the water. My kids loved playing in the river. You feel very secluded. I hope to come back in the future to enjoy another week here.

We absolutely loved our stay, the house is brilliant, the location amazing, we loved the river and watching the kingfishers fly every morning from the deck. I would be back in a heartbeat!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very nice cabin right on the Platte River. Location was great close to Lake Michigan beaches, a short drive to Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes. We would stay again if we vacation in that area again.

We had Great time chasing Steelhead and watching other fisherman out front. Very relaxing with the river so close meandering by.

Lovely home by the river

We had a great stay at this property. It was as described in the listing. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Excellent location for accessing Crystal Mountain. Would also be a great location for accessing Sleeping Bear, but we didn't make time to do that. Reading lights in all the spots you might want one. The kids loved the spacious loft area. We would definitely stay here again!

Platt River Stay

Fall fishing trip

Great place to stay for our Fall fishing trip. Although we didn’t fish the river behind the cabin, we could have because there were plenty swimming by on their way upstream. We fished several other rivers in the area and used the cabin as our home base. It was a wonderful trip and we’ll be booking again !

Platte River trip

Holly and Bill were very pleasant and helpful hosts. The cabin was great. Well stocked. Campfires by the river under the stars was incredible. Very comfortable matresses and pillows. We had a group of guys staying for a fishing trip. We cooked at the cabin and eeverything was great.

The cabin was a perfect place to stay for our race, it was close to the race site and everything we needed was a short drive. The cabin has all the essentials we needed, the beds and sofas were comfortable. We also enjoyed the deck and the river runningthrough the property.

If you enjoy nature and privacy, this cabin is perfect. It is true to its description. The cabin backs up right to the Platte river and a large deck to go along with it. Plenty of chairs, outdoor table...The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook and the location is close enough to restaurants if you prefer eating out. Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland, Suttons Bay, Traverse city, Glen Arbor....all within easy driving distance. I would highly recommend it. Enjoy!!

Private and beautiful view

This is an amazing private oeaceful property with an awesome view! Truly enjoyed listening to the river and sitting by the fire in the evenings. My husband and I truly enjoyed our week at the property

Peaceful retreat on the Platte River

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! The location is beautiful - the river is right off the deck and it's very private. We didn't see anyone except for the occasional kayaker paddling by. The cabin itself is lovely - very comfortable, clean, had everything we needed for our stay, and the hosts were very responsive when we had a small question about firewood. We would definitely consider returning the next time we are heading up to the Interlochen area!

This is an Up North Destination! We built this cabin in 1996. We chose this location for it's seclusion and proximity to the Platte River. Without any other homes in view, this truly feels private.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Relaxing on the deck, listening to the river and watching kayaks and canoes drift by. Not a care in the world. Put your chair in the river and soak your feet. The river is crystal clear with a gravel bottom. Occasionally you will see fish swim by.
