Built around 1480, the building is one of the historic treasures (a designated monument) of Schongau’s Old Town and has experienced a second heyday thanks to an extensive renovation carried out from 2024 to early 2025. As part of the renovation, the historic building was modernized with great attention to detail to preserve its historic charm while offering today’s comfort and amenities.

The linens come from the Pahl weaving mill, which has been supplying top-tier hotels and private clinics for decades. Each apartment features a Nespresso Zenius machine.
