Situado a 1.707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe es un complejo de apartamentos con un toque caribeño. Esta unidad 1 baño 1 dormitorio con 1 cama King y un sofá cama, con capacidad para 4 personas. Hay una vista de la playa de esta novena condominio. Baño principal tiene una bañera de hidromasaje para su relajación. El dormitorio tiene una "TV de pantalla plana w / construido en el reproductor de DVD y un 42" 25 HDTV de pantalla plana LCD en la sala de estar. Toda su familia puede disfrutar de lo que sea por cable canal que desean. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Los aparatos incluyen construido en el microondas, lavavajillas, cocina superior plana, uno al lado del refrigerador de dos puertas con agua en la puerta y el hielo. Malibu Pointe Stay

Nice Place to Stay

Only issue is the pool and lazy river are under the parking garage and were cold. Overall, property was clean, maintained, and convenient to the beach. Recommend and would stay again.

Very nice

The condo was very conveniently located and clean. We were able to use the pool and lazy river and it was a quick walk to the beach! The unit also has a nice view from its balcony. Would return!

Great April Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just left and I am already wishing to return! We had a lovely restful stay. The condo we rented was comfy, clean and easily accessible. This wasn’t the height of the vacation season so we didn’t see a whole lot of people but we enjoyed our walks and the hot tub at the end of the day. This was our second stay at Malibu Point and I don’t expect it to be our last! Also, should you be bringing the youngsters, the lazy river and additional pools are great!

Nice place, but . . .

The room itself was great, and the building was easy to access and right by the beach (We’ve had longer walks from other places that were “on the water.”). Our only gripe isn’t with the place or the owner, but with the property management company, North Beach Realty. One of the ladies at the desk was quite rude and condescending. They also did not present us with a fully stocked unit. Specifically, we had one roll of toilet paper when we arrived, and it was like pulling teeth to get enough to last our stay. Overall, I would recommend this property, but beware the grouch at the management company.

The room was exactly as advertised. Clean & close to the beach. Patio furniture very uncomfortable! Need more hooks to hang things on to dry in bathroom & on patio. Sliding door VERY difficult to open , needs oiled. Property surrounding building needs garbage picked up. Parking garage could use more signage & swept in places at elevators , where the ceiling is falling. It was also very difficult to find the entrance of the parking garage when we first arrived. Luggage carts could use hooks to hang bags on. Overall a good experience. 🙂

Nice Getaway

Overall impression good. Our condo was nice, needed a few things in the kitchen, cookie sheets, scissors.Ice machine was broken and was not fixed for us even though we reported it immediately. Had trays and also had to buy ice. Bathroom shower head and tub could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Indoor pool nice but air was not on or working until the end of our week so smelled musty. Outdoor pools pretty cold and lazy river could use a cleaning/painting. A paved walkway would be nice near the pool shower. We replaced light bulbs in microwave and battery in livingroom clock but clock still didnt work. ( just so you know, nice clock) all pillows really need to be replaced and have covers on them so they can be cleaned.

Everything was great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Went back and forth on this property due to other reviews. I must say they were wrong. Room exceptionally clean, had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable, no issues with parking, and free WiFi just reset router to access. Property had free onsite parking, walking distance to gift shop, 2 restaurants, the beach, and a convenience store. All pools were clean, covered and heated. Room perfect size for family of 4. Sliding door was a bit hard to open but it’s to be expected being at the beach and having hurricanes and storms. Was no problem as only the adults could open the door and didn’t have to worry about the kids going outside without someone. Appeared to be no different than any other door we’ve opened during stays at the beach. Definitely recommend property and will be back.

Well kept property was actually larger than we anticipated. Ocean views from the balcony. Plenty of covered parking and easy access via elevator. Some nice pubs and dining within walking distance. We would definitely recommend.

Everything was very clean including the pools and hot tub. Location across the street from the beach is easily accessed and if you stay on one of the higher floors, you have a good view of the ocean. Highly recommend this property and the management company was easy to work with.

We enjoyed our stay!

This condo was very clean and actually has a pretty nice view of the ocean. We had plenty of towels but bring your coffee!! The sofa is getting old and not very comfortable but the room is decorated cute. The washer and dryer worked great, we came home with clean clothes!!! The walk to the beach is very easy. The parking deck was easy to access and the elevator took you straight up to your floor without a long wait. It has a pool, lazy river and hot tub on the ground floor and locked to people walking by. We enjoyed our stay!!!
