Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Just across the street from the beach, this newly renovated condo offers the convenience of a luxury vacation at an affordable price and very reasonable fees. .
IMPORTANT: ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE, PLEASE make sure to add it at time of booking.
It is a small fee to cover sheets and towels for more than 2 guests per stay.
THE SPACE:
Malibu Pointe has many amenities such as lazy river, indoor pool, hot tub, gym and elevator. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa and an additional air mattress for your use. Very well equipped full size kitchen with washer and dryer on site. Cable TV and high-speed internet.
Guests with no previous references will go through additional screening.
Government issued ID required for all stays to be send to host.

Birthday vacation

I was very impressed that the place was exactly as pictured. Beautiful. Could not have asked for a betterstay . We brought one of our grandsons to the beach for his birthday. The only problem I had was outside in the road a altercation occurred and my grandson had to witness this befire we could get away from it. This had nothing to do with property or the host. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you Laura for opening up your property!!

Clean and relaxing.

The location was perfect, just far enough from the busy streets but close enough to get anywhere fast. Very clean and a comfortable bed. Only draw back was the parking spaces in the comples are very tight, an oversized vehicle would be very hard to fit. Overall would stay again.

Myrtle Beach Getaway

The property was well maintained and the unit was awesome. We never heard a noise from any neighbors our entire stay. The elevators were always available and you never had to wait. We would definitely stay again and we intend to. Thanks again!

A great location

The property was very nice and well taken care of. The owner was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The neighborhood itself is right next a beach that wasnt too busy. Less than a 5 minute walk to beach that had plenty of room to set up at. There is also a nice Irish bar right by the beach that you can stop at for drinks or a good supper. Overall we enjoyed the condo and it is located at a great jumping-off point for some beach time.

The unit looked like the pictures, but I’m afraid I insulted the host when I gave her my honest feedback. The living furniture is very uncomfortable to sit on. I know they are pullouts, but you shouldn’t feel the metal when they are not open. The host told me they are only a year old, so maybe better quality next time. The glass shelf in bathroom was covered in dust, she informed me it was frosted glass, not dust. It was both. I have pictures. The bathroom rug is dirty & needs replaced. Overall the unit has potential, but it needs updates. I didn’t mention this to host, but the bedroom is.small. I would eliminate the chair & leave a folding luggage rack in the corner as there is no where to open your luggage in the room unless you put it on the bed.The light over the tub was out & the main bathroom light is bright which is annoying on those middle of the night visits. A dimmer switch Would help. The quality is in the details.

Perfect place to stay!

My husband and myself had the best time on our vacation. We would definitely return to this beautiful condominium. It had the best views and was very clean. We were able to watch the most amazing fireworks on the 4th of July! I highly recommend enjoying your vacation here. I loved our memories that were created here....

ocean view was beautiful--easily accessible, lots of quaint shops within walking district..less 5 mins from broadway venue/ shops, plenty of quality restaurants and wine and sip shops and 3 mins from atlantic beach district where our family reunion occurred--and 3 golf courses within 5 mins

The Perfect Condo...

This was a very clean and organized condo with everything you need for your stay. Super comfortable and felt right at home. Ease of entry and convenient parking. Close to stores, dinning, and most definitely the beach.

Great Stay!

My family of 4, including 2 teens had a wonderful stay! In addition to a separate bedroom there is a pull out sofa and a pull out chair in the living room to accommodate multiple sleepers. We were given clear information ahead of our stay and the host communicated with us during our stay. The condo is very clean. There was more of an ocean view than we expected which was great. After being at the beach, we enjoyed that the lazy river was outdoors yet shaded. Our stay was just perfect for a great time together on vacation.

Must let owners know that the sofa and chair are very hard and sofa sinks when sat on. Definitely needs to get new sofa and chair in living room area.

Location was perfect for beach access and unit was kept very clean and had everything we needed. Check in/out process was simple. Bonus points from my wife for all the fuzzy blankets there were!

Great place to stay!

I’ve stayed at many many Vrbo places and this one was the absolute best! Everything was as advertised in the description and photos! It was very accessible for beach access and few odds and end spots around it as well. Would definitely stay again!
