It is approximately 600 m from the beach. Shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity. This building offers cozy vacation apartments for 2 to 4 people. All apartments feature well-maintained furnishings. The nearest bus stop is just 50 m from the building, and the nearest stop on the Usedomer Bäderbahn is only about 800 m away.

This modern and tastefully furnished 80-square-meter three-room apartment is located on the first floor. The sunny living room is furnished with a dining table that seats 4 people and a cozy sofa area (with a pull-out bed for 1 person, sleeping area 0.60 x 1.80 m). A flat-screen TV and radio are, of course, included. The semi-open full kitchen adjoins the living room and is equipped with an oven/ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The large, south-facing furnished balcony is accessible from the kitchen and promises plenty of sunshine. Each of the two bedrooms features a double bed with separate mattresses (80 and 90 x 200, respectively) and ample closet space. The larger bedroom has an additional TV.
