Thatched roof house "Das Waalhuus" - The place for family & friends in St. Peter-Dorf

Completed in 2022, this thatched-roof house is located right next to the dike crossing on Südstrand, and is therefore just a stone’s throw away from the quaint village center. This lovingly and elegantly furnished Frisian cottage, with its warm colors and distinctive style, invites you to stay and relax.

The living area of approximately 230 m² spans a total of 3 floors and is divided as follows:

First floor: Entrance area, living room with open-concept kitchen, dining area, Mylin tiled stove, and access to the terraces; one bedroom with a double bed, TV, and en suite shower room; a guest restroom; an utility room

Upper floor: a master bedroom with a double bed, TV, and en suite bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower; a bedroom with a double bed, TV, and an en suite shower room; a bedroom with two single beds; a bedroom with a double bed and TV; a shower room

Attic: a sauna, a workspace or home office with a magnificent view of the sea

You’re welcome to bring your dog.
There is a lockable storage area with electrical outlets for bicycles.
Two carport spaces and an additional parking space are available to you.
