This lovingly furnished apartment with a balcony is just one street away from the Baltic Sea beach and is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The Dünenmeile promenade, with its many shops, cafes, and restaurants (Gosch, Ahoi Steffen Henssler, Cafe Casagrande) and the Beachlounge, is also just a few minutes’ walk away. In the other direction, you’ll find the Ostseetherme and Timmendorfer Strand.

This two-room vacation rental is located on the first floor of the well-maintained Seepark apartment complex on Lindenallee in Scharbeutz. The bedroom is modern and furnished with a queen-size bed (140x200 cm). The bedroom was lovingly renovated in January 2022. Guests can look forward to a Geltex comfort mattress and a high-quality 7-zone slatted frame for a restful night’s sleep. From the bedroom window and the apartment entrance, you can enjoy a view of the beautiful Baltic Sea. The living room features a wall unit with a TV and stereo system, a cozy couch that converts into a bed, and an armchair. A dining table with two chairs and the fully equipped kitchenette—featuring a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as plenty of dishes—ensure that your culinary needs are well taken care of. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. After a day at the beach, the west-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the afternoon sun. Garden chairs and a table for breakfast and/or dinner with a view of the vacation complex’s garden round out the comfortable living experience.From here, you can set out on plenty of excursions, whether to Lübeck with its beautiful medieval city center, to Hansapark in Sierksdorf, to Travemünde, and more.

The beautiful “Seepark Scharbeutz” apartment complex is located directly on the beach. Bäderstraße separates the apartment complex from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the beach promenade. A pedestrian bridge provides safe access to the beach. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the Dünenmeile, which features numerous restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. Each apartment comes with its own private parking space.
