This wonderful and lovingly restored vacation rental is located on the first floor of a former basket weaver’s house. Enjoy cozy moments in this historic Franconian half-timbered house. Extraordinary and one-of-a-kind. Individually designed, lovingly furnished, and equipped to a high standard. A double bathtub made of bell bronze with wellness bath products provided, an extra-large shower, and a small, secluded courtyard—in addition to the (dog-safe) gravel garden in front of the house—invite you to enjoy well-maintained, undisturbed relaxation.
The front yard with a seating area rounds out the sense of well-being and lets you enjoy summer evenings with Franconian beer or wine.
This apartment accommodates 2 adults. If anything is missing or not working, please let us know. Contacting the landlord is quick and easy. Just give us a call. You can park your car right in the courtyard on the property.
A deposit of 20% is due within 10 days of booking.
The remaining balance must be transferred no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
If there are fewer than 4 weeks between the date the contract is signed and the date of arrival, the full amount must be transferred immediately upon completion of the booking.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; check-out is by 11:00 a.m. The apartment must be vacated and left in a clean and orderly condition.
Up to 2 dogs are permitted for an additional fee of €5.00 per dog per night.

Parking is available for cars, bicycles, and motorcycles.
About 180 meters from the house, you’ll find yourself on bike paths and walking trails right along the Main River.
