The 60 m² Apartment B 12 is located on the 1st floor and is ideal for up to 2 people. It features a spacious living area with a comfortable seating area, a color TV with a DVD player, and a stereo system. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, and a cozy sitting area. From the living area, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy relaxing moments.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), while the brightly tiled bathroom, featuring a bathtub, toilet, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer, creating a cozy atmosphere.

Additional amenities of the vacation apartment include an underground parking space, conveniently accessible via the elevator, as well as coin-operated washers and dryers in the building. Wi-Fi is also available. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
