Bright, sunny 47m² apartment in a central location – just a 10-minute walk to the city center. The apartment is on the ground floor and street-facing, but is well soundproofed. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and bedroom, and a modern bathroom. The nearest tram stop is just 5 minutes away. Supermarkets, a café, and other shops are within walking distance.

We are Anh, 37 years old, and Loan, 28 years old.
We have lived in beautiful Erfurt since 2015. We are vegetarians 🌱 and enjoy spending our free time in nature, are committed to animal welfare 🐋🌳🪵, and practice yoga 🧘♂️ and meditation 🧘.
The apartment is only a 10-11 minute walk from the city center and offers a convenient, central location.
Currently, an entire unit is available – approximately 47 square meters, with two rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
The unit offers a private atmosphere for individual guests or groups of up to four people. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and available for exclusive use.
Additional amenities for guests:
Fresh towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, a hairdryer, as well as fruit, coffee, and tea are always provided. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is provided.
