Modern vacation apartment with balcony for up to 4 people

This bright, welcoming vacation rental was completely renovated in the spring of 2025. Through the front door, you enter the hallway, which leads to the shower room with a toilet. From there, you reach the kitchen-living room, which seats up to 4 people and features a built-in kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, and a fully automatic coffee maker. From the kitchen-living area, you’ll reach the living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa (sleeping area: 140 × 200 cm) and access to the balcony with outdoor seating. Smoking is permitted on the balcony—provided the door to the living room is closed. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment—we ask that you comply to avoid additional cleaning fees. Thank you! The apartment also features a large bedroom with a tall double bed, a wardrobe, a seating area, and a bench for storing luggage.Throughout the entire apartment, you’ll have access to free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with numerous streaming apps (using the host’s login credentials), and a Magenta TV Stick. Free street parking is available in front of the building and in the surrounding area (subject to current availability). You may briefly stop on the street to unload luggage (the street is a one-way street). Shops for daily necessities, a laundromat, and an electric vehicle charging station are within walking distance. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is available between midnight and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed. Additional fee: 9 EUR per night. The city of Erfurt’s lodging tax, amounting to 5% of the gross room rate, must be paid in advance—along with the accommodation costs—to the landlord. For stays on or after 01.01.2027, the lodging tax is 7%. A 100% prepayment is charged upon booking.
