The cozy living room welcomes you with a bright and spacious atmosphere, perfect for relaxed evenings on the sofa. The modern open-concept kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals—here, you can stay close to your loved ones while cooking. The adjacent dining area is perfect for shared meals or fun game nights. Everywhere you look, you’ll notice the attention to detail that makes the rooms harmonious and inviting.

The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed with two single mattresses and a wardrobe—warm wood tones create a cozy atmosphere and ensure restful nights. In the second bedroom, you’ll find two additional sleeping spots in a bunk bed—ideal for children or friends.

The modern, bright bathroom with a shower, sink, and window offers plenty of space for your morning routine.

The absolute highlight of the apartment is the beautiful terrace with views of nature and the Harle River. From here, you can already see the dock, which features stairs leading directly into the water—a paradise for water lovers and nature enthusiasts.

All rooms are equipped with blackout curtains so you can enjoy a restful night’s sleep even after an eventful day. A private parking space is, of course, available to you. Your bicycles or handcarts can be conveniently stored in the lockable bike shed.

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge but is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental. In exceptional cases, temporary disruptions may occur, resulting in no Wi-Fi or internet access being available. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small towel, as well as—for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked)—1 shower mat (per bathroom), and 2 dish towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is levied and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
