Captain's house on Sylt with garden, terrace and comfortable furnishings

With approximately 90 m² of living space, the Kapitänshuis offers you a comfortable and typically Frisian home for a relaxing stay on this popular North Sea island. The vacation home is designed to accommodate up to four people. Pets are expressly welcome (upon prior notice and for a fee).

Inside the vacation home, you’ll find two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and is accessible only through the bedroom. The other bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and toilet. The living area is spacious and features a comfortable sofa area as well as a separate dining room with a dining table. A TV is available in the living room.

The enclosed kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need: a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, and dishes and silverware make even longer stays pleasant and comfortable. A trash can is, of course, provided.

The Kapitänshuis spans two floors, offering plenty of space and a well-thought-out layout for a relaxing vacation. A furnished terrace ensures relaxing time outdoors, from which you can enjoy the garden and the view. Children are warmly welcome and will find plenty of space to play in the garden and surrounding area.

Our cozy vacation home is designed in a typical Frisian style. This means that the ceilings are slightly lower and the doors are smaller than usual, giving the house its charming, cozy character. Please keep these unique features in mind when booking so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

The vacation rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner program, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets with your stay. You can use them to travel throughout the entire island during your stay.
