Condo Unit 148B es un condominio accesible para discapacitados ubicado en el 1er piso del Edificio B, cerca de la piscina cubierta, jacuzzi, vapor y sauna. Estamos a pasos del océano y del bar / parrilla Quarter Deck en primera línea de playa.

El condominio duerme seis. Hay dos dormitorios y 2 baños completos. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y baño privado. Un sofá cama Queen también se encuentra en la sala de estar. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales.

Nuestro condominio está equipado con televisores inteligentes de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. Los televisores inteligentes le permiten transmitir Netflix, Hulu, Roku, etc. Ambos baños están equipados con secador de pelo.

Se proporcionan sábanas.

La cocina totalmente equipada, cuenta con microondas, lavavajillas, tostadora, cafetera, licuadora y nevera con máquina de hielo.

We absolutely loved this property. If you have children the convenience of the location is amazing! There’s an indoor pool and hot tub literally right outside of the unit. The lazy river and splash pad are right across the parking lot. I would 100% return back to Myrtle Beach Resort. There are minor things in the unit that needs updating. Like the master bedroom needs a new mattress. It was very very annoying the way it squeaked with EVERY little movement. The balcony definitely needs some TLC the carpet is full of holes. We did use 2 of the beach chairs that were out there, but the bucket of beach items left behind needs to be emptied, nothing was really useful but the chairs and maybe the umbrellas but we didn’t use them. The shower in the master bedroom also had me frustrated because I hate to feel like the water is filling up on my feet while I’m showering. It wasn’t because of sand, it was because of the leveling of the shower. Overall I’m not sure if I’d stay in this specific unit again but I will 1000% be back to Myrtle Beach Resort.

Had issues but still enjoyable

The property was not as expected. Issues with security, not owners/host fault. Several issues but was handled with ease. The view was not as expected. Condo had some updates but entire complex is outdated.

Check-in itself was fine, however, actually getting the door to the condo to open with the combination we were given was a real trial. It took about an hour to get the combination to work AFTER talking with the owner and cleaning person for the owner. Kitchen itself was nice. The big problem was getting glasses and bowls out of the cupboard and they were unwashed. Next, we had a 5 month old baby with us who used a walker. When we would get him out of the walker, his little feet were absolutely filthy. We also noticed that our toddler also had extremely dirty feet from walking on the floor. Those of us who chose to run around in socks, also noticed how filthy they got. So obviously it's likely the floors weren't cleaned very well if at all. The hall bathroom had a mat for use beside the tub, that had holes in it and also was dirty. (Picture in next section).Lastly, the balcony off the condo was practically unuseable. The carpeting used there had holes in various places as well as sand all over it. My husband did vaccuum it a couple of times, but it was still quite dirty. In addition, there were numerous outdoor things, chairs, toys, etc.... all dirty and most were in questionable condition, piled one one side. It primarily looked like a junk pile. Looking on from the road it presents a terrible impression, while most other ballconies were neat and well-kempt. I believe the condo has the potential to be a nice and comfortable place to stay. We love this resort! Wayne was an awesome host!

Wayne was a great host, super attentive and responsive. He did allow us a late checkout as we had a late flight out and that was super appreciative. Pros:Location, we love this resort and have been staying here 10years Layout of condo is very nice and spacious Updated shower in main bedroom was really nice Kitchen is well stocked and has a dual coffee maker using k cups or ground coffee TVs in all rooms with the ability to sign into your own Netflix, Disney, Hulu, etc. They did have a nice addition to the unit we hadn’t previously seen…. A box in the corner to leave extra items for the next renters who may have forgotten something ranging from condiments to charcoal to laundry soap, etc. Cons not necessarily at the fault of the owner because he may not have known but the cleaners didn’t do a fabulous job, there was burnt food on the bottom of the oven which caused the smoke detector to briefly go off when we first turned the oven on. The main bedrooms bathroom had two light bulbs that were out making it pretty dark. The thermostat is locked so that 68 is the lowest it will go, we keep our home very cold so we did get hot at night quite a few times Main bedroom mattress is very squeaky and not super comfortable

Neat Spot!

Lovely resort, so many amenities and activities to fill a day. Clean, well maintained grounds, ongoing improvements visible. Really enjoyed the unit, quite functional, very fortunate to have close access to indoor pool, front entrance/parking and pm/evening sun relaxing on the balcony. Beach and nearby facilities are impressive and fun. We’d welcome a chance to return.

Great for Families

We had such a great time at the Myrtle Beach Resort and Wayne’s condo was absolutely perfect for our family! We had terrible weather (Tropical Storm Debby) but Wayne was accommodating and understanding with all of my questions and worries. The condo was perfect as it was right next to the indoor pool as well as the cute little library filled with books, games and puzzles for the whole family. Once the weather cleared, we really enjoyed all of the outdoor accommodations at the resort and it was awesome. I really can’t say enough good things about our time there. Both of my kids cried when we left and we promised them we will be back next year, if Wayne will have us! Thank you Wayne!

Overall a Great Experience

This was our second time staying at this property, and both times were great. The condo is clean, and adequately furnished. The location is great for us as it’s ground level and right by the indoor pool. It’s also very close to the lazy river pool and the playground/basketball court area. It’s a short walk to the beach, which we didn’t mind at all. It’s perfect for a family with younger children. I can definitely see us staying here a third time.

Updated family friendly condo

We enjoyed our stay at Tom's condo. It was nicer in person. There were a few little minor things, but overall this unit worked well for us. My 7 year old loved the pool right outside the unit, and it's a quick walk over to the little water park and playground. Being on the ground floor made it quick and easy to get our crew and stuff down to the beach. My teens thoroughly enjoyed the resort and we hope to return again.

Myrtle Beach Resirt

A very nice condo with a lovely renovated kitchen and bathrooms. We had a wonderful holiday in our cosy condo! Wayne was a great owner. He kept in touch and immediately addressed any concerns we had.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a blast! The location was perfect, right by the lazy river and the toddler pool area. My 3yo loved the beach and the pool area. They even had arts and crafts in our building each morning that my daughter really enjoyed. The condo was very nice and my daughter liked having her own room. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Few issues, but Wayne was quick to inform that it would be handled. Some issues with shower drainage and Sandy floors. But not a bad place to spend time with family at the beach!

First time visit

This was our first time in Myrtle beach and it was a wonderful experience. Wayne was quick to respond even before booking our trip when I had a few questions and during our stay as well. The place was clean and well stocked. The location was great. Will definitely be looking forward to staying again

Great end to summer vacation

Great location right off the beach, our room had all the amenities to accommodate an awesome beach experience. We didn’t do to much cooking in our unit, but it seemed appeared equipped enough for all cooking and prep needs. Unfortunately we did not take part in the resort amenities but the activities for the children were plentiful.looking forward to a longer stay in Summer2024

Beach

First stay further south and was closer to Murrell’s inlet for dinner and was a nice quit area compared to main Myrtle. Lot’s of pool’s to choose from. The pool’s and beaches near the hotel where a little crowded but we had a very nice stay other than that.

Very Happy!

The condo was very nice and comfortable. Loved the bed in the Master room, I have back issues and had zero issues with it. I would recommend fans, as there isn't a lot of circulation if you're use to it like we are. One fan in the bedroom was a little broken but we were still able to use it. We appreciated the beach supplies available on the balcony. Room access was very easy to navigate, we had one issue getting into the resort and Wayne was super responsive. It was a resort issue though and happened to several. The resort could have been a little cleaner and the hot tub in our building which was a little disappointing but could have walked elsewhere to use one but was too lazy. Loved being so close to the beach! Thank you Wayne for making our family vacation in SC a wonderful experience! Kandi

June 2023 Stay

Overall, very nice property. Lots of beach supplies including a cart to take chairs etc. to the beach. Host was very responsive to questions. Plenty to do around the resort with multiple pools and hot tubs. Enjoyed the atmosphere at the quarter deck.

Great trip

Place was exactly as said would definitely stay again it was ground floor witch was perfect for my grandchildren 3 years old and 1 year old and the owner was excellent I couldn’t remember code and called he was great and I loved we didn’t have to keep up with any keys coded lock very convenient
