Condominio de dos habitaciones y dos baños con espectaculares vistas al mar desde todas las habitaciones. Cocina totalmente equipada, televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y los dos dormitorios. El dormitorio principal tiene cama queen size. Dos camas individuales en el segundo dormitorio y un nuevo sofá cama queen en la sala de estar con colchón de espuma de gel. Todas las sábanas están incluidas. Wifi gratuito y televisión por cable. Smart TV y reproductor de Blu-Ray en la sala de estar y reproductores de DVD en las dos habitaciones. Hay rompecabezas, juegos de mesa y una videoteca. Sillas de playa y juguetes de arena en el balcón. La hora de registro es a las 3:00 PM y la salida es a las 11:00 AM. El Myrtle Beach Resort cuenta con 4 piscinas al aire libre, dos piscinas cubiertas climatizadas, sauna, baño de vapor, un río lento, parque infantil, cancha de baloncesto, cancha de voleibol, canchas de tenis, sala de ejercicios, mesas de billar, bar y restaurante frente al mar, delicatessen con desayuno, pizza, sándwiches y helados, una tienda de conveniencia, una lavandería automática que funciona con monedas, dos bares, mesas de picnic y parrillas para barbacoa.

My husband, son and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo was as described, comfortable and clean. The balcony with the view of the ocean from the 19th floor was breathtaking! We would highly recommend this host and her beautiful property!

Check in was a breeze. I wish I understood beforehand how the resort was laid out, but it all made sense once we arrived. The unit was clean and communication with the owner was spot on! My family had a fantastic time at the resort.

Our unit was well appointed. Anything you could possibly need was in that kitchen! Communication with the property owner was excellent. Everyone had a wonderful time, the view was great as where all the amenities. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect in every way

Condo is absolutely beautiful in every way, stunning views from the 19th floor you can see all the way down to North Myrtle, nice layout, fully stocked kitchen, just bring your clothes. Owner was very accomdating answered any question within minutes, wonderful amenities. Condo is a 10 in every way.

It was a great week at the beach. Very clean and well maintained condo. Close to the beach, pool and lazy river. Great views from the balcony. Host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Excellent location

Love this resort. Gated community, on the beach, several pools, 15 minute drive to Broadway. Host is very responsive and condo was very clean.

Just perfect

Everything about this rental was perfect for us. Yes, the property is a bit older but extremely well kept up. The condo itself was lovely, very clean with an amazing view of the ocean from the 19th floor. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need to cook a meal or just have some wine or coffee. One of the indoor pools was closed for renovations but there was another very close by and perfect for our littles to play. There were also two other outdoor pools including a lazy river, a playground, tennis courts, bocce, basketball and of course the beautiful private beach. I think my favorite part of the vacation was the porch- besides the view, it was sheltered from the weather and felt warm even if it was cold or rainy. The sunrise view was spectacular and we even saw dolphins. The hosts were responsive to any questions we had. Book this- you won't regret it!

Just “ok”

This condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the condo was amazing. Several things we were very unhappy with: All amenities at the Renaissance tower were closed but we didn’t find this out until after we checked in. The tower was under construction so the indoor & outdoor pool was closed as well as the steam and sauna and deli and game room. These items were the only reasons why I booked this place because there was a lot of options for the kids. I was also mad that there was no access to the beach from the Renaissance tower. Instead, we had to walk out onto the road where cars were coming in and out with 3 kids, a wagon, cooler, and beach chairs. This was not only unsafe but unacceptable considering what we paid for a week stay at this condo. There is a nice beach bar/restaurant that is open at the Tower which was its one saving grace. The food was just ok and all fried. It was also the most expensive meal we had the whole time we were there. All fried food, mind you. Lastly, the bed in the master bedroom was horrible. It was very firm and a small queen. I hate to write such a bad review but I was very unhappy with what we got vs what we paid. When I reached out to the owner to express my dissatisfaction with everything being closed she said she would be willing to give me a free nights stay for our next visit? Next visit? Why would I stay here again based on the current status of the facilities?

Beautiful and Clean

The condo was exactly as described. The beach chairs were a nice touch! It was clean and more than enough room for us. The only downside is the property is under construction, so many of the on site amenities were closed and it looked a little run down. But the condo itself was great!

Enjoyed our Stay!

We had a wonderful time here, beautiful views, nice unit with all of the amenities. Many pools to use and a great beach access! Even though there were many people here, we found the unit to be quiet and had no trouble waiting for any access to elevators or parking. We would stay here again!

We started coming to Myrtle Beach on vacation in 1989. We booked a condo at The Myrtle Beach Resort and had a fabulous time. We continued to vacation here for the next 15 years staying at different condos along the Grand Strand. Our family relocated from Long Island, New York to Myrtle Beach in the summer of 2004. We wanted to purchase a vacation rental and ended up back at The Myrtle Beach Resort. Its a great family resort with plenty of amenities. We love its location.
